12/07/2026: A little disappointed… We came for drinks in the afternoon with some friends, and we brought our own food. Unfortunately, we were told we couldn't eat on the terrace. I think that's a shame. But the woman who took our order was lovely and kind.

11/07/2026: Catastrophic welcome, sour waitress, dirty tables. The waitress threw a menu for four onto the table without even saying hello. We had to ask for a minimal cleaning of the sticky table. The location is by the lake, but they've already stopped serving ice cream at 5:15 pm in the summer. 08/07/2026: Excellent place! The dishes were delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients, and the drinks were equally refined. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, perfect for a pleasant experience. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return.

08/07/2026: I almost never leave reviews, but this time I was disappointed. I simply asked the waiter if it was mussel season. Very kindly, he went to ask the owner. Without even saying hello, she replied directly, "I'm not in the mussel season," and then refused to give us a table. It's a shame, because the waiter himself was very professional.

07/07/2026: I discovered this restaurant with my friend Eric; it's a wonderful place. We had a very good dinner, and the Irish coffee was fabulous. Thank you!

13/06/2026: A place that truly lives up to its name, "Bistrot Chic," with a very warm welcome 😍 as always, very professional and pleasant waitresses, and an exceptional menu 😋. 29/12/2025: Hello, I'm finally taking the time to write, but please note that I was there at the end of August. I wanted to climb the Puy Mary, being a big fan of the Tour de France. On that sweltering day at the summit, I decided to ask for water at this restaurant, which was refused! I hope that if a tax inspector happens to see this, they'll read my comment because it's completely illegal, dangerous, and inhumane. Furthermore, the staff is appalling, odious, definitely avoid this place. While I was there, all I got was reprimands and yelling. They certainly take advantage of their tenants (the only positive thing about this restaurant) because I had the chance to talk to other customers who also found the service disgusting.

23/06/2026: Honestly, I can understand the concept, but this place isn't very clean for a stand-up comedy show. I'd read some negative reviews, but I wanted to see for myself. And I have to admit, people were right. It needs a bit of a clean-up and some freshening up.

11/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. The crepes arrived cold, the cider was lukewarm, and the service seemed completely overwhelmed. The most embarrassing thing was that before our entire table had finished eating, a waitress (not the new one) started clearing our plates. We had to stop her, otherwise some of them would have been taken away while still half full. Throughout the meal, we had the unpleasant feeling that the table had to be vacated as quickly as possible. A clear lack of attention and consideration for the customers.

12/07/2026: Very slow service, overpriced food, and disappointing quality. We started with the appetizers, which were actually quite nice. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. Our main courses—a duck fillet and the gambas—didn't arrive until more than an hour after the starters. The duck was served well done, even though we had specifically asked for it rare. The gambas had not been properly cleaned and, despite the menu stating they would be flambéed with cognac, they clearly were not. The desserts were decent, but they weren't enough to make up for the rest of the experience. Overall, this was a very mediocre restaurant, especially considering we paid almost €100 for lunch for two. At that price, I would expect much better food, better execution, and significantly faster service.

28/06/2026: Delicious, nice setting and excellent vegetarian option

13/07/2026: It's impossible to rate anything other than the aperitif, which was served an hour after we were seated. Sorry, but a two-hour wait was the limit of our patience, so we left without eating. It's possible a staff member was absent; in that case, customers should be informed. We would have understood and decided whether to stay or not. And if the team was full, the manager should consider filling the remaining positions quickly.

14/02/2026: Disastrous! A 25-minute wait to be charged for three measly cases, even though I picked them up from the self-service area in a nearly empty store. And the staff clearly lose all interest in being professional or efficient the second you refuse their subscription offer. ☝️ A terrible customer experience. If you have the choice, go to the Opéra or Montparnasse locations!

13/02/2026: Beautiful shop, however, only two people (one at the bar and another to manage customers) is unacceptable… This doesn't reflect the premium service Nespresso is supposed to offer. A 20-minute wait to buy a machine, a queue that keeps growing because the self-service isn't working… I've noticed a real difference from one shop to another.
