17/06/2026: We had a wonderful dinner tonight with family who introduced us to this restaurant. It's run by a charming couple who, through their energy and determination, create, prepare, and cook dishes of exceptional quality. The chef crafts flavor combinations by pairing seafood and meat. I wasn't thrilled about the idea of ​​eating spider crab or cuttlefish, but I'm so glad I let myself be persuaded. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the view of the beach and the sea was an added bonus. Hats off to them!

06/07/2026: Very disappointed. At first glance, it was nice. The setting was pleasant, the decor was nice. However, when you get to the room, what a letdown! The room was small, the shower room tiny, the toilet access uncomfortable, the tap wobbly (between us, what a disgrace, you should be reimbursed for the installation), the mattress needs replacing, and the cleaning was questionable. There were large clumps of hair on the floor (and no, it wasn't mine, I'm blonde with short hair, it was long, straight black hair). Breakfast could be much better; was it bread from Lidl? It looked like it. In short, I won't be going back anytime soon.

The attentive and professional servers ensured that every step of the meal was seamless. The menu offers both sophisticated dishes and simpler classics. We ordered most of the appetizers and none disappointed. The artichoke risotto of the day was simply delicious, without being heavy. The setting is calm and idyllic, a true haven away from the Parisian noise and bustle of the neighborhood. This place is a must-try for a romantic dinner, drinks with tapas, a family meal, or a get-together with friends: there's something for everyone!

21/07/2026: An establishment that truly deserves its 5 stars. From the moment we arrived at Monsieur Lancaster, we were greeted with warmth and attentiveness. The entire team is smiling, professional, and genuinely attentive from the beginning to the end of the meal. We felt supported without ever being intrusive, with excellent advice on both wines and cocktails. We were absolutely blown away by the apple and quince punch: a cocktail as original as it was perfectly balanced. I have rarely tasted such a successful cocktail! As for the food, it was simply remarkable. We particularly appreciated the team's honesty in explaining that a change of fish had been made due to the day's catch. This transparency demonstrates a genuine commitment to quality. The fish was exceptional, cooked to perfection and incredibly delicate. Honestly, it's one of the best fish dishes I've ever tasted. The desserts were equally memorable: an absolutely perfect vanilla soufflé, light and airy, and a superb interpretation of strawberry charlotte, as elegant as it was indulgent. A truly delightful experience right down to the last bite. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. Looking at the menu, one might expect much higher prices given the setting, the service, and the quality of the food. Ultimately, the value for money is excellent, and every euro is fully justified. A wonderful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend. Congratulations to the entire team for this near-flawless experience. We will be back with great pleasure!

09/06/2026: We hesitated to book because of the mixed reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the welcome was warm, and the unique decor was charming, perfectly in keeping with the artistic atmosphere of Collioure's narrow streets. We stayed in the main hotel, on the top floor, with a view over the rooftops and the hills of Collioure. Ideally located. No private parking. The restaurant is separate from the hotel and is also very good.

We waited for your phone to charge before leaving. As for International Driver, we are not public restrooms; they are reserved for our customers, whether they consume alcohol or not. You could have had a coffee and accessed our restrooms.

Our room was decorated with great care, a total immersion in Provence with the charm of a building whose history is respected and shared... ideal for daydreaming, a comfortable, peaceful, and restful cocoon. The atmosphere and Provençal style of the place transport you to another time, poetic and rejuvenating. You fall asleep and wake up to birdsong, the gentle rustling of the wind in the plane trees, and the fragrance of roses and wisteria on the terrace accompany your meals... and on cooler evenings, a charming restaurant awaits you with its magnificent fireplace and warm tones... when the weather doesn't permit you to stay on the terrace... We were welcomed by a smiling, friendly, and efficient team. They were calm and discreet, and they wanted to make our stay memorable with numerous thoughtful touches and helpful advice, particularly regarding places to visit in the region and the hotel's services... all to meet our expectations and every need. As for the restaurant, it was exceptional, a delight for the taste buds, with service of a quality worthy of a Michelin star... The enticing and colorful dishes served were succulent, sophisticated, and a true poetry resided on each plate. An awakening of the senses and flavors, enough to awaken your taste buds... And above all, the Chef and his team's desire to showcase local produce and seasonal dishes; so much so that we tasted all the dishes on the "Seasonal Menu." Thank you to the entire Chef's team. 03/06/2026: Don't expect the refined and generous cuisine promised by the websites. The service was adequate and pleasant. The dishes were nicely presented but bland and tasteless, lacking any real flair. And incredibly expensive, too. When I expressed my disappointment while paying, I received no response. The setting is idyllic but unpretentious. I am extremely disappointed; it ruined my birthday. I left a message when making the reservation to mention it was my husband's birthday and our 20th anniversary, but we received no special attention whatsoever.

18/05/2026: The location is stunning and timeless; we were there in the autumn, and the colors and light were magnificent. The hotel's common areas have old-world charm: creaking parquet floors, a beautiful wooden staircase, fireplaces, and so on. However, this charm is somewhat less romantic in the rooms, with aging carpets, yellowed paint, and bathrooms that are in dire need of renovation. Aside from the comfortable bedding (the bed, in particular, was very large!), we didn't find the room up to 4-star standards. The spa area is pleasant, especially since we were the only guests. The hammam met our expectations, and the pool was clean and warm. The glass-enclosed space surrounded by greenery is very pleasant when the sun is shining. The massage was of very high quality, although it was performed in what was once a guest room, without any real effort to transform it into a proper wellness space. Finally, the restaurant was exceptional and more than reasonably priced for the quality. We regretted not having booked to return on the second night, the restaurant was full!
