01/06/2026: This was our second time using this hotel as a stopover on the way home. The hotel's location is fantastic – ideal for a break while traveling – the staff is very friendly, and the surroundings are beautiful. Unfortunately, however, the air conditioning doesn't work. During our last visit a year ago, it wasn't even 34°C outside, yet the room was the same temperature. This time, we had to sleep in 27°C again. A shame 😕 so, unfortunately, it won't be our stopover on the way home again.

31/05/2026: We came to eat for Mother's Day today. Fifteen people at the table, very well organized, meals served simultaneously. It was delicious. A special mention to Laurence, the waitress, for her friendliness, good humor, and kindness. A pleasant time for the whole family.

30/05/2026: I invited my parents for dinner and frankly, we all loved it. The atmosphere was great, the servers were super friendly, respectful, and welcoming. We ate incredibly well, really nothing to complain about, only positive things to say, and I will definitely be back.

16/07/2026: We arrived at 8 pm and only waited 5 minutes. The servers were fantastic, very kind and welcoming. Thank you to them! As for the food, everything was perfect 👌. We thoroughly enjoyed it, with a special mention for the quality of the meat. We were seated next to the waterfall. It was magnificent, and we were able to enjoy the cool atmosphere. The price is quite reasonable considering the beauty of the setting and the quality of the food.

15/07/2026: There were eight of us, including two dogs, without a reservation. A warm welcome, a fantastic terrace, impeccable service, and delicious cocktails and food! All at a reasonable price—what more could you ask for? Thank you to the entire team at La Cascade! 👌

18/07/2026: Amazing experience at Le Café du Rendez-Vous! The crème brûlée was absolutely delicious, and the vanilla macchiato was perfect. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Paris! 😊

25/12/2025: Is it still open?! On December 24th, it was listed as open until 6 PM on Google's special hours for that day, but in the end, the doors were closed. Not a word, nothing. Nobody there, even though we had driven across town to get there 😭 with my parents, who live 800km away and adore Pailhasson chocolates from Pau... I've been a customer since 2020, first in Tarbes and then in Pau, and I was so disappointed myself.

07/11/2025: Shop closed. Incorrect opening hours. I made a special trip... frustrating.

15/05/2026: I’m referring here to only the restaurant as that’s my only experience here. The service was mostly as expected for a venue of this type. The food, while tasty and visually appealing, was in my view pretentious and underwhelming. Each course lacked the elements to fully satisfy or impress. The wine list was our favorite component and the setting of the restaurant was also exceptional. Sorry to leave a less than perfect score but I want to be honest and constructive. Frankly I think the Michelin emphasis on dainty multi-colored, exotic plates is steering the restaurant industry in a wrong direction.

10/05/2026: A very pleasant fine dining restaurant with a terrace. Like all fine dining establishments, the bill adds up quickly, but it's very refined, with carefully prepared seasonal cuisine. Reservations are recommended.

08/06/2026: A very good restaurant recommended by locals from Saint Antonin. The restaurant is well located on the banks of the Aveyron River, near a reservoir. The exterior is reminiscent of an African bush camp, without the music. I ordered a Bo Bun. It was delicious! Thank you to the waiter for his explanations and his friendly manner. A very good place at a reasonable price. I recommend it, and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back.

01/06/2026: Excellent meal with a varied menu to suit all tastes, including vegetarians, vegans, and gourmets. The service was quick and efficient, with very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

07/01/2026: I had a lovely 3-night stay with my son in the summer of 2012, without having booked in advance, and I have very fond memories of it. The staff were very friendly and attentive to their needs. I enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. I would gladly recommend this establishment.

04/01/2026: We were the only guests that evening, and the welcome was warm and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and the room very comfortable.

08/06/2026: A real stroke of luck for our cycling group!** We stayed at the Hostellerie Bourguignonne with our cycling group and were absolutely thrilled. After a long day on our bikes, we received an incredibly warm welcome. The rooms are stylish, very clean, and offer exactly the comfort and peace and quiet you need after an active day. The culinary highlight in the evening was also fantastic; the kitchen spoiled us with first-class dishes, and the next morning a generous breakfast with a great selection awaited us, so we were perfectly fueled for the next leg of our journey. For cyclists and anyone who appreciates warm hospitality and excellent food, this place comes highly recommended – we felt completely at ease, would love to come back, and would like to thank the entire team!

06/07/2026: The food is too simple. The salmon terrine from Thiol or elsewhere isn't great, too processed. The salad leaf in each dish is a bit outdated. It's a shame because the terrace is lovely and the setting is pleasant. It just deserves an effort in presentation and a more limited, but homemade, menu.
