08/10/2026: Our experience was truly awful, from the wait just to order our food (30 minutes), to another 30 minutes for our food and drinks (the one we finally got, and we had to ask for it several times), not to mention the wait for the bill. In short, over two hours for a meal that was supposed to be "quick."

07/10/2026: Terrible service, no staff, 20-minute wait for our order to be taken. Our table was cleared 40 minutes after we finished. No dessert orders were taken, and no water was served. Customers left because their orders weren't being taken. The organization needs a complete overhaul!

21/04/2026: A fantastic caterer! Our wedding went wonderfully, and the dinner was delicious thanks to La Gourmandine. Exceptional service at the reception. Delicious food!! We highly recommend them. Thank you to Marion for her availability, efficiency, and friendliness! Thank you to Florian for managing the event on the day!

04/02/2026: It's a real struggle to get a quote! I envy those who have had the good fortune to use La Gourmandine's services, as we're having such a hard time getting in touch with them. After several email exchanges asking for details for an ESTIMATE and several follow-ups: still no quote. We were asked to come to the wedding fair to make contact, which we did, and gave them our information again with the promise of a quote "early next week." No news for a week, and another follow-up resulted in a message left on their answering machine asking for "additional information"... Good luck to anyone trying to get a quote; we're giving up.

06/10/2026: Friendly service, tasty food, and child-friendly. High chairs are available. The only downside: there is no changing table for a baby in the restroom.

26/09/2026: We went at lunchtime today and were turned away, supposedly because there were no more seats. The restaurant was rather empty. We were really disappointed. We've been going there for years and it was obvious the owner wasn't there. Very disappointed with the service. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

20/09/2026: Overall, quite disappointing. The seats and cushions were very dirty, with grease stains. The dim lighting, meant to create a cozy atmosphere, mostly just seemed to mask the grime. We also felt constantly rushed by the waitresses, which wasn't very pleasant. As for the food, the dishes were rather average and didn't really impress us. We had been there before and had much better memories of the establishment. Unfortunately, we noticed a significant decline in quality since our previous visits. It's a shame, because the place used to have more charm and quality.

06/09/2026: A very poor experience for a property advertised as 4 stars. I'm usually very reluctant to leave negative reviews, especially since I work in the hotel industry myself and know the realities of the business. But in this case, the number of problems is too significant not to mention. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was unpleasant and we received no information: no Wi-Fi code, no breakfast hours, no explanation whatsoever. As a receptionist myself, I find this particularly unacceptable. These are, after all, the basics of customer service. The apartment is old and clearly poorly maintained. For accommodation advertised for 8 people: • Insufficient dishes for 8 people; • Broken cupboards that no longer stay in their tracks; • Wobbly bunk beds unsuitable for adults; • Broken bed slat; • Broken radiator placed on the floor; • Unusable telephone, not plugged in and with no way to plug it in; • Hair on the duvet covers; • Blood on the comforters; • Not enough sheets for all the beds. And to top it all off, breakfast was only served from 9:00 to 10:30 AM, even though the accommodation had to be vacated by 10:30 AM. This organization is difficult to understand. Photos attached. I can understand that an establishment might have unforeseen issues or a few flaws. But here, the problems are too numerous and concern such basic elements as cleanliness, safety, amenities, and customer service. For a 4-star hotel, this level of service is frankly disappointing and falls far short of what is advertised.

06/09/2026: Very nice room, very clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

28/09/2026: An exceptional setting, very good food, a very pleasant welcome from the head waiter (Camille).

24/09/2026: There are good and bad points at the Latin American restaurant. The good points? The ribeye steak was very good, the other dishes were perfectly acceptable, as were the prices. The garden is lovely. The service is decent. The bad points? Very, very slow, so don't be in a hurry, and the wine list is rather limited. Finally, the dining room decor is so-so, but I suppose that's a matter of taste.

11/09/2026: Since this brasserie was taken over, it's been a disaster. The dishes are always the same, reheated in the microwave? The desserts are the same all week, some with mold on top, like the panna cotta. The tiramisu is clearly not tiramisu; sometimes it's completely liquid. The hygiene is appalling: tables aren't cleaned properly, and the glasses are covered in smudges. In short, this place is awful.

11/09/2026: We went to eat as a family while visiting Paris during the summer holidays. We all got sick 😷 Some desserts were moldy and the food had been reheated in the microwave. It's shameful!!

18/06/2026: The hotel is very well located with a beautiful view of the pond. We booked a room with direct access to the pool. The room was very spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant, but it boasts a lovely view and the menu looks very promising. The only slight drawback of our short stay was the pool, which wasn't very clean. But we will definitely return!

15/06/2026: For a Saturday night meal to celebrate a birthday… the meal was delicious but the service was more than mediocre, inappropriate remarks, the bare minimum in terms of welcome, we were clearly asked to leave and not politely, this waiter completely changed our experience.

30/09/2026: The quality is declining. The food is good when they actually serve it. In fact, the availability of dishes and certain specialties depends on the cook's presence, and she isn't always there. If in doubt, rather than stopping for nothing or ordering something you didn't want in the first place, go somewhere else.

01/08/2026: Lovely terrace shaded by plane trees. Delicious fresh fries, the ribeye steak and the "weeping tiger" style beef were perfect. The waitress was very friendly too.

13/07/2026: The menu doesn't offer many dishes, but it's sufficient, good, affordable, and tastes like home cooking. The waitresses/waitresses are friendly, and the owner is kind. I think this is going to become our go-to spot in Carpentras!

05/09/2026: Very disappointing. The pastry was tempting because it was pretty; I should have just kept looking at it. It had no taste and seemed stale. It's a real shame.

30/08/2026: I bought a flan, brownie, and cheesecake; they were all bland, and the cheesecake was the worst I've ever had. Absolutely incomparable to a real cheesecake; the taste and texture were completely indescribable.

11/06/2026: Arriving at 9:30pm and finding there's nothing left to eat, we take the leftovers, an appetizer, a main course, a piece of bread and a drink, €27 for a truck stop that we only want to see on the motorway, well, that's shameful.

05/09/2026: A very bad experience at this bakery. I simply came to buy a few items and was unfortunately greeted in a way that I found particularly cold and disrespectful. I simply asked whether I should queue with the woman or wait with the man, since I had just seen him serve the person in front of me. I was met with a condescending reply: "I think it's obvious, there's only one queue." I was simply asking a question to respect the order. When it came time to pay, I explained that I didn't have enough cash and would like to pay the difference by card. The response was: "You should have said so earlier," again in a tone that I found unpleasant and contemptuous. What particularly struck me was that I was the only person of North African and Muslim origin present at that time, while the other customers seemed to be treated normally.

30/08/2026: Delicious pastries and exquisite, varied breads. The spelt bread, the Versot bread, and the hazelnut-raisin bread are my favorites, as are the scones… Incredible! But honestly, everything looks tempting, and the staff is lovely! It's definitely worth waiting in line a bit; the wait is quick. A must-visit!
