20/05/2026: We went there for my birthday. We received a warm welcome. The restaurant's interior was magnificent, like stepping back into the Middle Ages. The meal was delicious and excellent. The value for money was unbeatable. I think you have to go to see for yourself. I highly recommend it.

Stéphane is a fantastic owner: welcoming, generous, always smiling, and attentive to his customers. I know him personally, and I can honestly say he's the most honest person I've ever met. He's upright, serious, with strong values ​​and a big heart. The service is impeccable, the place is very pleasant, and the welcome makes all the difference. Whether you're looking for a drink, to meet up with friends, or simply to soak up the atmosphere, this is a must-visit in Gray. Thank you to Stéphane and his entire team for their professionalism and kindness. This establishment is run with passion and heart, the kind that is sadly all too rare these days. 02/07/2026: We had a wonderful night at this family-run hotel on our way to Bonifacio. We were looking for last-minute accommodation, and the owner was very understanding and available despite his busy schedule at the restaurant and the late hour. He was also very kind and helpful. A truly thoughtful and considerate person! The hotel is situated on a quiet bay, and the view from the veranda is stunning. It is very well-equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. Thank you again for your warm welcome and helpfulness. We highly recommend it!

25/08/2025: Unpleasant person, a terrace with tables but without chairs, we were only 3 people and there were only 2 people in the restaurant, so how can we say that there were chairs and in number, but let's say there were 3 chairs outside, 2 of which were used by the waitress or the restaurant owner's wife and one in a corner, how can we say that for August 15th and after 3 hours of searching for food, 30 minutes of walking, to have such a welcome is incredible, I couldn't tell you the taste of their product, my partner ate but I didn't, out of the question to participate in such a money-making meal

22/08/2025: Sushi Order We're not hotel guests but ordered sushi tonight for the first time. Very friendly staff on the phone and at reception, very good sushi, and the chef even gave us a little extra and all the necessary side dishes (sauces, salad, chopsticks)! We'll definitely be back.

17/05/2026: We walked the Camino de Santiago and booked two single rooms at this hotel. We received a very warm welcome; the manager is lovely, welcoming, and very accommodating. Dinner was delicious, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the rooms were very nice. We recommend this hotel without hesitation. Many thanks again!

16/08/2026: We've been coming here for a long time; it's simple, pleasant, and friendly. The Friday and weekend barbecues are also very good. The beer is quite decent too. I only have one complaint, actually, but it's one I have about most restaurants in the south because it's a recurring issue: the inability to make decent fries 😄. I'm sorry, but as someone from the North with Belgian roots, they fall far short of the minimum requirement. See you soon ❤️

15/10/2026: We had high expectations for our meal at Le Richebourg restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. First, the service, in our opinion, was not up to the standard of the establishment. In a place of this caliber, we expected more professionalism and attentiveness. Regarding the meal itself, opinions are divided. The parsley ham was good and well-prepared. However, the mushroom dish seemed rather bland and lacked flavor. The presentation was elegant, but this is not enough to justify the prices. The main drawback remains the value for money, which is clearly lacking. At this price point, we expected a significantly better culinary experience and service. It's a shame, because the setting is pleasant and the establishment has real potential. We left feeling disappointed.

22/08/2026: Another visit to this friendly bistro-restaurant where the chef knows how to prepare veal very well. Last year I had a T-bone steak, and this time a classic veal chop delighted me. Perfectly cooked, tender meat, mini chanterelles, and excellent sautéed potatoes on the side. Relaxed atmosphere. Fair price. See you next year!

20/08/2026: We didn't have the chance to try this restaurant because the waitress kicked us out unceremoniously at 8:30 pm, telling us "we're not serving anymore." She turned her back on us and left – unheard of!
