24/07/2026: The service was appalling and the pizzas were disgusting, not to mention the terrace covered in bird droppings that no one bothered to clean. The incompetent cook and the nonchalant waiter should find another line of work. Going to a restaurant is supposed to be enjoyable, and here, both the service and the food were so poor, it's best to avoid this place.

30/06/2026: Attentive and friendly staff But it's not great Avoid the starter and main course The starter wasn't fresh. The tomato was overcooked, not presentable, and tasteless. It doesn't inspire confidence for the rest of the menu. The lasagna was okay, but reheated. 😒 What a shame. Didn't try the pizzas.

29/07/2026: Little taste in the food: fois gras and truffle pasta had barely taste. Not worth it.

26/07/2026: I have eaten better than here. Very little truffle in the ‘truffle’ pasta, and I had a stomach ache afterwards. There are better places to eat in Périgueux.

22/03/2026: Very happy with this restaurant. The Savoyard fondue is amazing! The portions are generous. The service is quick and the staff is very attentive. The waitresses are cheerful and excellent. We just would have appreciated it if the salad had been included with the fondue... Thank you for this meal.

26/04/2026: We went there hoping for a peaceful meal, but unfortunately, the waitress was moving the restaurant chairs, which aren't equipped with noise-reducing pads. When I pointed out the extremely unpleasant noise, she replied that there was nothing she could do about it (I thought golfers appreciated peace and quiet!). Throughout our entire meal, it was nothing but a racket, which is a real shame. If you order a glass of wine, they don't offer any suggestions; they just serve you whatever they feel like. I find that appalling.

25/04/2026: A unique setting where the food is excellent, and the value for money makes you want to come back 😉😉 A warm and genuine welcome. I really love this place for the food and the peaceful atmosphere of the golf course.

26/07/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! Our table for 7 was already set outside, so we had no choice but to eat outside. However, the restaurant applies "PE" prices for outdoor seating and "PI" prices for indoor seating, particularly for drinks. We were automatically charged the PE prices even though we had a reservation to eat in. None of the 7 dishes we ate were good. My pizza was bad and indigestible. The supposedly breaded Camembert was anything but. I should also add that the interior is full of tourist items for sale, which is very strange and confusing.

26/07/2026: Ordered a Croque straight from the freezer, not even warm inside and as flat and soggy as can be. What a disappointment 🙈

28/06/2026: A mixed experience at Aunt Alice's. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the service is incredibly slow. The food is of very average quality (the ribeye steak, for example, is full of gristle). The cocktails are very weak. The brasserie is very noisy. In short, try it if you have absolutely nothing else to eat.

18/07/2026: The meal was very basic, both in quality and quantity. The quality of the meat definitely needs improvement. In my opinion, all the desserts were frozen; I tried the lemon tart, which was mediocre. It's a shame because the setting is very pleasant, romantic, and enjoyable.

21/05/2026: I booked a set menu for an overnight stay. I sat down at 7 pm. I left the table at 11 pm; they had completely forgotten my starter and dessert. The food itself was good, but the apologies were weak. I found the service very disappointing.

07/05/2026: Here are a few definitions that some staff members clearly need to review at the start of the day: "Respect: a feeling that leads one to show consideration for someone because of the value one recognizes in them." "Professionalism: the professional nature of an activity." "Courtesy: refined politeness." Unfortunately, none of these concepts seemed to be present during our visit. The attitude of some employees was particularly inappropriate, with an unpleasant tone and completely unsuitable behavior towards customers. I very rarely leave negative reviews, let alone one-star reviews, but this experience was truly shameful. A minimum of respect and courtesy should be the foundation of any establishment open to the public. It is unacceptable to treat customers this way.

24/06/2026: Excellent food at a very reasonable price. The cuisine is well-prepared, using fresh ingredients. The restaurant is pleasant, with lovely spaces, and the service is very good – in short, we highly recommend it!

17/06/2026: Absolutely lovely. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoy myself every time, and the setting is magnificent. Remember to book...under the parasols, you'll feel like you're already on vacation 🤗🤗 and the ice cream sundaes 🤗🤗

30/06/2026: First visit for a relaxing cocktail, and we were immediately warmly welcomed and the cocktail was fantastic. We went back for dinner. The €31 set menu was very generous and delicious! The fried fish was amazing, the sea bass prepared with a medley of vegetables was divine, followed by chocolate mousse. The servers were super friendly, smiling, and pleasant. The atmosphere was always great. We'll be back as soon as possible. I highly recommend it!
