24/10/2026: We really enjoyed it! A very nice restaurant with a charmingly rustic atmosphere, the service was friendly and efficient, and the food was excellent. Definitely make a reservation in advance.

19/09/2026: A disastrous experience at this establishment. We arrived at 8 pm on a Saturday and the terrace was completely empty (we should have taken that as a sign to turn around and leave). The waitress was relatively pleasant, but the food was awful. The fries were frozen (even though the cook said otherwise), with no salt and no flavor. The burger was incredibly greasy, including the bun, making it inedible. The raw vegetables tasted like water, and the seasoning was off. Furthermore, the atmosphere in the restaurant was tense between the waitress and the cook. The waitress even remarked that they were overwhelmed with barely three orders. The only positive point was that the house wine was good. It's a shame because the location and the terrace are lovely.

13/05/2026: Chance led me to this establishment, and what a pleasant surprise! The staff is genuinely kind, and the menu offers a limited but sufficient selection, which is also proof that they work with real, high-quality ingredients. The dishes are well-prepared; kudos to the chef! In short, I thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert, and at a very reasonable price. The owner gave me some information (I travel in a campervan): there's a large parking lot located behind the church. In the future, it won't be chance that brings me to Le Marigot, but a genuine desire to go!

23/07/2026: We stayed here for one night with our 3 children (aged 4 to 11) during a heatwave. Upon checking in late at 22:30, the room was boiling hot. The staff admitted that they forgot to turn on the AC in advance because they 'missed our booking in the right computer', even though we booked 2 weeks prior. The front desk promised the room would cool down in 1-2 hours, but the AC barely blew any air. I ended up sleeping only 3 hours after placing a wet towel on my back to survive the heat. When Hotels.com tried to call the hotel the next morning to resolve the issue, the hotel staff hung up on them 3 times in a row. They offered a 15 € breakfast discount for the kids on checkout, but that does not compensate for a completely sleepless night for a family of five. Avoid this hotel if you travel with children during summer.

19/05/2026: Speaking of the Brasserie alone: ​​very good, home-style cooking, a welcome change from the pretentiousness of many other restaurants in Albi. Whelks and prawns with aioli for starters, followed by a delicious veal sauté with olives, and a fruit mousse to finish. All for just over €20. A glass of good Gaillac wine, €4.50.

29/09/2026: Since it's a rooftop bar, I was a little apprehensive, even though it's recommended by the Michelin Green Guide. What a pleasant surprise! The glass of Champagne was generously poured. The food was good overall—vegetables and fish, I don't remember exactly what we ordered. The head waiter was very friendly. The terrace was huge.

10/10/2026: The tables are very close together, leaving hardly any room to eat. The staff is unfortunately very unfriendly; we had barely finished eating when the bill arrived without us even asking. The drink prices are outrageous – a large beer costs €12.

09/10/2026: We needed a quick meal and chose this restaurant because it wasn't very busy. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The waiter immediately offered us a table, and when we wanted to change seats, he kindly offered us another. It's a shame that still water isn't automatically brought to the table. We ordered a pizza and lasagna, which were served in under 10 minutes. Both dishes were hot, flavorful, and truly excellent! The lasagna was prepared with herbs different from those usually found in Italian cuisine, as well as small pieces of vegetables. An original and delicious combination! The pizza had a thin crust, a well-proportioned topping, and a lovely crispy texture. The edges were thin, not burnt, and overall it was really very good. I recommend this restaurant for a quick, tasty lunch without a wait!

15/10/2026: The staff is incompetent; people skip the line and they let them do whatever they want. Terrible, and the baguette isn't the best. There are restaurants with better service and quality. It's absolutely not worth it.

27/07/2026: A customer of this bakery for over 20 years, I still haven't found better. The breads, pastries, and other baked goods are all delicious; go there without hesitation. It's a bit pricey, it's true, but when you love something, price is no object.

25/07/2026: Best croissant you can get. The price is a little bit higher than average cafes in paris but its worth for the taste. Other options are still good but not as the croissant.

17/09/2026: Had a light lunch. The gallete was delicious and the crepe with ham lovely. Service was quick and courteous. We decided to pop back later as their burgers looked mouthwatering and no disappointment there. Honest food of great taste

05/09/2026: I came to eat alone, and I understood that this was inconvenient. I was served after a couple who arrived later. The waitress or owner was unpleasant and talked behind customers' backs after they left. Fortunately, the setting was pleasant, and the food was delicious and generous.

27/09/2026: We went here for lunch and ordered the €38 and €42 set menus to try a bit of everything, but unfortunately, it turned into a pretty stressful experience. The service was quite slow from the start, and the entrées were average. That said, my main course, the braised pork belly was honestly exceptional and the absolute highlight of the meal! Things got complicated when they told us at the very last minute that the €42 main course (the plancha-grilled shrimp) wasn't available and had to be canceled. Because we were running out of time to get to a wedding, we couldn't even wait for our desserts, which were included in the set menu. To their credit, they didn't charge us for the drinks we ordered (two sangrias and a bottle of still water) to help compensate for the trouble, which we appreciated. Still, between the missing main, having to skip dessert, and the overall slow pacing, it was a very rushed and disappointing lunch that didn't feel worth the price.

12/09/2026: We received a warm welcome from the chef, and the serving staff was very professional. We were able to dine on the lovely, peaceful outdoor terrace. We were delighted with the culinary experience offered by the chef, which featured original and well-balanced flavors.

The wines and soft drinks (artisanal and locally made) were excellent. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

16/09/2026: Hello I ate lunch there twice recently. I ordered the set lunch menu, which hasn't changed in three weeks. The first time, I had the tuna tataki and the pollack. I was a little disappointed by the portion of the tataki, which was ridiculously small. The pollack, on the other hand, was decent, nothing special. The second time, I came with a friend. I ordered the tataki again, and the portion was fine and the taste acceptable. However, I ordered the pad thai, and my friend ordered the bluetail. It was a disaster! The spaghetti was overcooked, tasteless, with no broth—utterly bland and I felt ripped off. The cordon bleu was also tasteless and cheese-free. The service was friendly and attentive, so I didn't say anything because I'm also a restaurant owner. The restaurant is nice and well-maintained, but the food is uninspired. This is the first time I've ever felt the need to leave a negative review. I won't go back.

12/09/2026: I'm disappointed. I've been going to this restaurant since it opened, but the decline in quality has become glaring. Since the children took over, their heart isn't in it anymore. The food has lost all its flavor, and the presentation is completely neglected. We weren't used to this; it used to be one of my favorite restaurants. It's a shame because the waitstaff remains impeccable and does their best. But everything else has fallen apart. Seeing the almost empty dining room today confirms that the regulars have abandoned it. A huge disappointment for what used to be a very good place.

20/06/2026: Well while i have been eating here in my life it has never gotten better. The menu is very small and they have taken a lot of the menu away which is appalling. The chicken is chewy and crispier then my sun burn over here. It is poor service and there is flies everywhere literally small black flies on me all the time i was here and my friend too. Do not come here. Rooms are good and service is good but food is not very good .

08/06/2026: We had the chance to try the restaurant this evening, and it was simply excellent, from the welcome to the dessert, including the breaded cod prepared perfectly in a fish and chips style! The dishes arrived promptly in a warm and friendly atmosphere! A restaurant we will definitely return to!
