26/10/2026: We really enjoyed our visit! A very nice restaurant with a charmingly rustic atmosphere, the service was friendly and efficient, and the food was excellent. The foie gras was the best we had in Colmar, and the duck breast was also delicious. Definitely make a reservation in advance.

20/07/2026: This kind and friendly gentleman from Sri Lanka served us a delicious, crispy, and warm cheese and mushroom crepe with two tempting spicy sauces and a spiced chicken sandwich with vegetables. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the conversation with him.

30/09/2026: the worst meal i had in the whole France in several years i’ve been living here the starters were cold from the fridge, not fresh, absolutely bad in the taste the main dish was also not good and so simple as it’s not served in the restaurant but in a canteen i had to ask for the bread, but could only get one piece… and then ask again to serve a piece to everyone at the table it was very disappointing especially with the price of 40€, which is the price for lunch in a really good restaurant all 3 of us were shocked and upset

25/09/2026: The starter was a tasteless pâté, the main course was two undercooked slices of filet mignon, and the portion was too small for adults. The dessert was okay. I do not recommend this restaurant. The servers were unfriendly.

30/05/2026: Incredible adventure. I had booked with a Wonderbox gift voucher. I called and got a very unpleasant man who told me to be quiet and listen to what he was saying without interrupting. I should have just said goodbye and thank you and hung up. He explained that I had to send an email with a copy of the gift voucher. I did, and booked a table at the restaurant for both nights. I requested confirmation of my reservation by email. Having received nothing after three days, I contacted them again, and they told me: "I told you yes on the phone, that's enough," and hung up. It's worth noting that they immediately cashed my gift voucher, which appears as used in my Wonderbox account. No reservation for their establishment appears, three months before my stay... Several days before our arrival, I called the hotel and got a woman on the phone. I asked her about the cancellation policy. She really treated me like an idiot, telling me I must have received the confirmation email and terms and conditions in my spam folder, that if I canceled my gift certificate was lost, and then she just hung up on me. We decided not to go, to lose our certificate, and to tell myself they lost even more money since we would have spent it at the restaurant. The worst part is that at 7:30 pm, a woman called to complain about our absence without having notified them. I told her I hadn't dared call because of their rude phone reception and the way they hang up on customers. Absolutely avoid this place.

17/09/2026: Honestly, this restaurant is perfect!! We ate incredibly well!! The meals are balanced and, above all, beautifully prepared! Kudos to the young sous-chef we had the pleasure of meeting. At 23, it's wonderful to see such high quality, and his passion for the craft shines through in every bite. Thank you, young man! As for the waitresses: "They were fireworks!!!" A true delight; we absolutely loved you!! Thank you for your smiles, your speed, and the quality of service!! Ladies, I promised you: Audrey, Léonie, Mélanie, Tiphaine, Lou, and Youan, BIG UP!!!

04/10/2026: On paper, it's still a chain restaurant, but in reality, it passes the test with flying colors. The bill is fair, the menu features classic French dishes without frills, and the staff is surprisingly human, cheerful, and efficient. The atmosphere is appealing, and—against all the grim odds for a quick lunch break—you can eat in complete relaxation, without having to shout to be heard by the person sitting next to you. Who would have thought?

13/09/2026: An address I still love ❤️ I've been going to Seven Hill for a while now, and with each visit, I'm always just as satisfied. The food is excellent, the dishes are delicious and high-quality, the welcome is warm, and the service is always pleasant. I also want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the owner, who is always welcoming, smiling, and attentive to her customers. You can tell she cares about her establishment and does everything she can to ensure everyone has a good time. It's truly appreciated and deserves to be highlighted. I find it really unfortunate to see so many negative comments, because personally, my experience has always been very positive. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I wanted to share mine because I think it's also important to highlight when you're satisfied. Thank you to the entire Seven Hill team for your welcome, your kindness, and the quality of your work. It's always a pleasure to come to your restaurant, and I will definitely be back! I recommend it without hesitation!

25/08/2026: So where to begin. The owner is incredibly unpleasant, both to her staff and her customers. She speaks very rudely and is haughty. Beware, dear customer, you have absolutely no privacy. She's always watching the security cameras, and if you happen to joke around with the waiters, she'll ban you from the restaurant because her waiters aren't allowed to joke with the customers.
