16/05/2026: Very nice rooms, good service, good breakfast.

17/06/2026: We went for lunch on a Wednesday. There were only two dishes: croque monsieur and a salad. More like home cooking than fine dining. The dessert, panna cotta, was good.

06/10/2026: Dirty, dusty, and the hotel managers (a certain Vincent with another person) sat down to talk on speakerphone with a woman named Caro about their upcoming kitchen order (rapeseed oil…)!!!! And me, THE CUSTOMER, sitting down to work!!! Not even a hello, and when they bothered me with the speakerphone!!! I had to go out onto the terrace!!! Unbelievable! And the raisin bread rolls weren't to my liking!

18/09/2026: The bar is pleasant with a rather nice outdoor area and is actually quite calm for the location.

30/10/2026: I regularly go for brunch at Vogel. I always receive a warm welcome. The brunch is varied and plentiful. Excellent value for money. The waitresses are attentive and accommodating to special requests (especially vegetarian options). The products are high-quality, healthy, and varied. I highly recommend it 😋 Angeline

05/09/2026: After spending a few days in Alsace and tasting so many different sauerkraut dishes, I can tell you that this one ("homemade") was really bad! Oh my goodness 😰, the meat, the cabbage... NOTHING was good. My friend had a burger and told me it wasn't great either (a big, tasteless chunk of ground beef)... Really not great.

26/08/2026: I will try to be more constructive than negative in order to be helpful. The wait for a simple savory crepe is far too long (1 hour 30 minutes), then the crepes are overcooked and the filling is really bland. The sweet crepe is also bland, too thick, and rubbery. Perhaps the batter should be sweetened? And something added to make them softer... But I'm not a cook! Despite this less than satisfactory experience, you did take some action, and we thank you for that. Best of luck to you in the future!

22/09/2026: Huge bar diner in the middle of Troyes - very popular with the locals. We stopped for drinks after visiting the nearby church, very good value as it was “happy hour” - sat and watched the world go by for a bit. It was quiet when we were there, but this place gets very busy in the evenings.

20/09/2026: Bar/cave de vin: hardly any wine for sale Dimanche: ferme a minuit -at 6.45pm the bar closes

21/08/2026: The price was quite reasonable overall. However, I had a slight mishap when paying: it's definitely best to use a bank card. When I tried to pay in cash, the cashier seemed to want to give me change mainly in small coins, even though he had plenty of other types of cash on hand. Even more troubling: after finally paying by card, I realized he had also kept the bill I had given him earlier. I prefer to think it was a mistake, but be sure to pay attention when making your payment.

08/07/2026: Excellent restaurant. Good traditional Alsatian cuisine, generous portions. Reasonable prices. Good wine (especially the Pinot Blanc). Very calm and relaxed atmosphere.

24/05/2026: Dinner with my son in a retro music atmosphere. For starters, a delicious homemade terrine followed by a potato galette with smoked salmon. It's possible to buy the terrines before leaving.

13/08/2026: I wanted to return to this restaurant, which brought back fond memories of my apprenticeship in the same village. Delicious, locally sourced cuisine—finally, a restaurant that makes an effort to satisfy its customers! The daily special, prepared according to Alsatian tradition, was a true delight for the taste buds! The tarte flambée was excellent 🤩 Well done to the owner and his team! The young waitress was very friendly and smiling. In short, everything was perfect for a wonderful experience.

26/08/2026: My wife and I had a wonderful time at this inn! 😊 The place is warm and welcoming, with a truly pleasant atmosphere. The dishes are worthy of a fine dining establishment: beautifully presented, delicious, and above all, generous portions, which is quite rare and worth mentioning! Special mention to the waiter, who was incredibly friendly, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal. A fantastic discovery! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
