16/06/2026: A wonderful discovery on the Camino de Santiago! One of our best choices for a night in 7 days: a beautiful, tastefully decorated house. Everything was spotless. The room was comfortable. The meal, made with fresh, local produce, was simply delicious. Thank you to the owner for his warm welcome and quirky sense of humor. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely book La Domerie :-)

The setting is welcoming, right in the heart of the market, and the atmosphere on the sunny terrace in the morning is truly delightful, not to mention the excellent coffee. Without a doubt, the best coffee in town. Special mention to Clara and her colleagues, who are always incredibly welcoming, smiling, and attentive. Thank you for all your positive energy!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth and kindness that immediately put us at ease. You can feel the passion of the team, attentive and genuinely concerned about the well-being of their guests. As for the cuisine, it was flawless: delicious dishes, perfectly executed, generous portions, and bursting with flavor... Every detail is meticulously attended to, and you can taste the effort and quality of the ingredients in every plate. The service was also exemplary: efficient, professional, seamless, and always with a smile—a perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. The setting is magnificent, elegant, and impeccably clean, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful moment. 01/08/2026: For several years now, Lou Pelandroun has been a regular treat for me. The pissaladières are incredibly delicious, with a crispy crust and beautifully caramelized onions, which is rare. I also discovered the pichade there, a kind of pissaladière with tomato sauce and oregano, which I enjoy regularly. The Pan Bagnat are flavorful, generously filled with artichoke, spring onions, anchovies, and basil, served in fresh bakery bread. The sweet chard tart is also delicious. It's best to come during the pissaladière preparation times at 8:00, 10:00, and 11:00, and be prepared to wait, as the restaurant's popularity means there's a long wait and everything sells out very quickly. One small drawback: I've noticed several times that the waiter with the bowl-shaped cuts lacks friendliness and enthusiasm. But apart from that, there's nothing to complain about! Don't hesitate to go and discover this place if you want to taste the good taste of traditional Niçoise cuisine.

09/03/2026: Ten of us, including three children, celebrated a family anniversary over the weekend. The rooms were beautifully maintained and spotless, with thoughtful touches. The half-board option was definitely worth it; the food was delicious and the service fantastic. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind. We'd like to thank Maite, Guillaume, and their entire team for the wonderful hospitality we received. We have wonderful memories and are eager to return.

03/06/2026: The rooms are excellent, very comfortable and well maintained, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the staff. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely care about their guests. My father has stayed here three times, and each visit has been a great experience. This time, the staff went above and beyond. My father doesn’t speak English, and in the past I would communicate with the waiters on his behalf. To our surprise, during this visit they arranged a menu in Albanian. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed a level of care and attention that truly impressed us. I am genuinely amazed by the service and hospitality. Thank you for making my father’s stay so comfortable. Highly recommended!

05/07/2026: A hike later, we arrived at Le Lézard Vert. We had booked without really knowing what to expect… and what a pleasant surprise! From the moment we arrived, the manager was incredibly attentive, warm, and also very funny. It immediately set the mood. The menu is really appealing. You can opt for a buffet for €20.50 with a selection of salads and a very tempting dessert buffet. After much deliberation, I chose the Caesar salad. And frankly, it was excellent! The chicken was perfectly crispy and generous, and the Caesar dressing was authentic, with a lovely anchovy flavor. A big thank you to the cook, who was also incredibly attentive. In short, if you happen to be in this little corner of the world that I didn't even know existed, be sure to book. The food is excellent, the owner is charming and full of humor, the cuisine is delicious, and you'll have a truly relaxing experience. I highly recommend it! Well... I'm hesitating... I'm wondering (special joke 😋)
