30/06/2025: My favorite restaurant in Paris. I’ll definitely come back for dinner. They serve the world’s best œuf mayonnaise and an incredible sausage with tripe that’s absolutely delicious. The service was also very enjoyable and full of self humour. The waiter said oh, I forgot the water. Welcome to Paris!

29/06/2025: We had a great time but it was way too expensive.

16/11/2024: We discovered this creperie thanks to the rather positive reviews and were not disappointed: sausage pancake and extra complete pancake are basic but totally won us over: perfect cooking and quality ingredients. Add to that a smiling and dynamic service and everything is in place for a good time. The chocolate almond crepe is generous and delicious. The prices are very reasonable: go there with your eyes closed.

12/11/2024: Excellent creperie. Delicious pancakes, very warm welcome and very friendly waitress. We went there 3 times during our stay in the area. We tried the galette of the day with prawns, wheat risotto and yousou ice cream which was delicious. Maybe à la carte if it’s successful according to the boss.

17/12/2024: Food was good. We came early and got a table right away. Dessert was taking longer so had to cancel. First time I've seen a tipping prompt on a payment machine in Paris.

16/12/2024: One of the best in the city. we tried the Margaret du canard and souris d’agneau -totally worth the wait.

16/12/2024: Very friendly service and the dish of the day was excellent. The waiting time was really short even though the restaurant was almost full.

15/10/2024: Passing through Pau. It's been a long time since I ate duck. So I stopped there, duck being the specialty. I chose half a duck breast with honey. Very well balanced dish, the duck breast cooked as requested, all accompanied by a good glass of wine. Enough to spend a good evening. Fair price. The chef goes around the tables, which has become rare.

11/10/2024: Very good meal: duck confit, new potatoes, excellent salad and French toast dessert with shards of “suede” yoghurt ice cream, killer.....!!!! Very friendly welcome. I recommend...

13/11/2024: We go there with our eyes closed with a 4.7. Overall broken promise. Not very welcoming place with basic decor. The service is sometimes random and lacking in professionalism. Server probably extra but not professional. Regarding the crepes: “they are artisanal and therefore different” according to the boss. However, he explains to us in a brochure the difference between pancakes and pancakes. Difficult to tell the difference from one plate to another. The toppings are mastered. A Nutella pancake was inedible because it was cardboardy.

11/11/2024: Delicious crepes, great welcome and service. From the next getaway to Bénodet we will return there....maybe even.....just for the Bénodet creperie.

03/12/2024: We discovered this little restaurant on the Route des Alpes during the week. Excellent welcome, friendly service, perfect menu at €26. So we decided to go back there on a Sunday. And if we can understand that the Sunday menu can be more expensive, in this case at €39 what a disappointment. So okay the plates are visual and well cooked, but the dishes are minimalist, a piece of sea bream accompanied by beets and rice pudding for dessert with a scoop of ice cream, it's very exaggerated. In the end we recommend it but during the week.

25/11/2024: Perfect ! Located by the river, the decoration is original and warm. The welcome, the service and the dishes are wonderful. Unique starter, main course and dessert. And that's probably what makes the atmosphere so good in this restaurant: boring people don't come there :) For others it is a place and a cuisine to discover.

30/08/2024: This is a fourth visit, but it's been a long time. Everything has changed but nothing has changed. The setting is as friendly as ever, the food is good and imaginative. And for cocktails you've come to the right place. Sleek decor with lots of details. All the staff as well as the boss take great care. Better than a review, remember to book because here it is not a factory, a human-scale affair. And now people know...

22/11/2024: Very beautiful place. Restaurant side, magnificent room. Perfect service. Waiters smiling and attentive. Question meal very good only one downside that I would say is the aligot gratin which loses all its creaminess because of the gratin. Sujection serve the aligot in a black bowl as is. Otherwise I recommend this restaurant.

24/11/2024: Evelyne,pyrrhus et moi sommes partis passer un weekend à Noirmoutier avec comme Cap de Bonne Espérance: un déjeuner à la Marine. Merci Chef Alexandre Couillon de nous avoir concocté une promenade entre terre ciel et mer car un bout de soleil est tombé dans le creux de mon plat et j' ai voyagé tel le cancre du poème de Lenny Escudero .les poissons,les sauces, vos légumes du jardin,les vins m'ont conduit de port en port. Le fumé de certains plats me faisaient oublier les embruns matinaux de la plage J'ai rêvé jusqu'au café. Voici les amis les plats hélas juste pour vos yeux 😉.

02/11/2024: Adeptes de restaurants étoilés, nous nous faisions une joie de découvrir La Marine d’autant plus que l’important délai de réservation ( 6 mois ) conjugué à l’obtention récente d’une 3e étoile ainsi que des avis très majoritairement dithyrambiques nous laissaient penser que nous allions vivre un moment d’exception… Tout d’abord, la qualité de l’accueil est au top , à l’écoute et très serviable. Ensuite, première déception, nous pénétrons dans la salle du restaurant qui nous paraît de prime abord très austère, sans relation avec le duo marin et végétal mis en avant. La magie s’estompe… Ensuite, le service est irréprochable, un ballet très bien exécuté. Seconde déception : la cuisine . Même si la qualité des produits et la cuisson des poissons sont à la hauteur de nos attentes, nous aurions aimé un peu plus d’inventivité et de saveur plus marquées dans l’exécution des plats . Seule exceptions notable : le turbot . Au final, nous ressortons quelque peu désenchantés , cela mérite 1 étoile ,d’autant plus que nous venons de vivre une fabuleuse expérience chez le 3 étoiles de Pierre Gagnaire … Dommage…

07/12/2024: A flawless meal. The dishes are innovative, wonderfully presented and a real treat for the taste buds. We chose the lobster menu and were impressed by the different presentations of a seafood that we eat regularly. The service is of high quality, the waiters attentive and caring. A big congratulations to the chef and his team!

15/09/2024: Schon etwas versteckt liegt das Restaurant Hotel, erreichbar über eine kurvenreiche Landstraße. Vorher schon reserviert, wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns der Platz zugeteilt. Das Restaurant war bis zum letzten Platz belegt. Wir bestellten das Menu à 3 plats. Die Menükarte habe ich hier hochgeladen. Menüfolge, Speisenqualität und vor allem der Service- perfekt, immer freundlich und bei Fragen hilfsbereit. Der Service war hervorragend (ich muss es einfach wiederholen) und das bei voller Auslastung. Wir kommen gerne wieder, klare Empfehlung.

01/10/2024: We had a very pleasant time at the cottage. The dishes were very good and the staff were very professional and very kind. The very careful decoration in the chalet theme confirms to us that we are in the Pyrenees. Thank you to the owner, extremely kind, and to her employees for this taste break.
