16/04/2026: We came with friends to celebrate our reunion over lunch and had a wonderful time. The staff was attentive, the sommelier knowledgeable, and the chef enthusiastic. The menu is original, the flavors are vibrant, and the ideas are flowing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, all at a reasonable price, including the fine wines for aging. Go for it! :-)

30/05/2026: Very friendly place, great atmosphere. And let's talk about the food... Excellent meat (the veal loin was like butter! 😋) Angus flank steak with fries and mustard—what more could you ask for?! Very good desserts and excellent cheeses. Being in the industry, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Simple and effective. I recommend it.

14/04/2026: My wife and I were delighted to discover this lovely restaurant. We received a warm welcome from Philippe and Karo, who were incredibly attentive to their customers. The diverse and varied menu offers something to please every palate. Furthermore, the service was outstanding. We will gladly return to this establishment, which lived up to our expectations, especially to enjoy the terrace.

02/05/2026: A message I just sent to the Michelin Guide: Hello, I rarely do this, but it's worth it. There's a restaurant, the Auberge du Château de Clermont, in Clermont-en-Genevois, that we discovered a few weeks ago. This restaurant is truly worth a visit, both for the welcome and the cuisine. Everything is just right, exceptionally good, flavorful, and quite inventive. In particular, the spelt with a Scarmoza mousse and a smoked egg yolk, or the langoustine tournedos with a bold, precise, and perfectly executed shellfish coulis. In short, a delight! The service by Sophie is attentive and meticulous… the chef is very friendly, and Sophie is efficient and cheerful. We left delighted and with stars in our eyes, one of which they richly deserve.

14/05/2026: As always, we received a very warm welcome from the owner, who showed us to our table. She expertly provided excellent service, professionally explaining each dish while the owner, in the kitchen, prepared his elaborate recipes. Overall, it's always top-notch in every respect. We highly recommend this establishment.

24/05/2026: We ate at this restaurant two days ago. We thoroughly enjoyed the setting, the welcome, and of course the regional cuisine, which brought back childhood memories for my husband. We highly recommend it.

20/05/2026: Nothing like the previous owners. Disappointed by the service, which lacked smiles and friendliness. An unpleasant remark was made when we asked for one plate for the sharing platter for four. We received two plates! The staff seemed overwhelmed. The fries were good, the Welsh rarebit was generous but too salty. Something was missing. We left unsatisfied. The restrooms weren't great, and the hand dryer was ineffective.

19/05/2026: As frequent restaurant diners, we wanted to try something new by visiting this Flemish tavern. We took advantage of our trip to order some Flemish specialties. This experience quickly turned into a nightmare… a poorly presented (and chipped) plate, and disgusting food. We mentioned it to the staff, who took it lightly with a smile… obviously, we made a hasty exit. This rip-off cost us €75 without an aperitif or dessert. Try it for yourself… lol.
