21/07/2026: A true gem! I had the pleasure of dining there tonight, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The welcome was exceptionally warm, and the smiling, attentive staff immediately put you at ease. The cuisine is remarkable, reflecting the chef's passion: flavorful, generous dishes prepared with love. The wines are perfectly chosen and enhance the meal beautifully. As for the value for money, it's simply outstanding. But what truly makes this place unique is its soul. You immediately feel like you're part of the family, in a warm, sincere, and authentic atmosphere. And this soul has a name: Henri. His personality, generosity, and welcoming nature are evident in every detail. His restaurant is a reflection of him: genuine, convivial, and profoundly human. A huge congratulations to the entire team, and a special mention to Henri, who makes this restaurant much more than just an excellent place to eat: a place where you simply feel good and where you already want to come back. 24/07/2026: The owner is very friendly. The restaurant has a surprisingly good wine list. The food is excellent. The only downside is the slightly long wait between the starter and the main course, and the prices aren't exactly affordable for everyone.

25/07/2026: We arrived at 8:20 PM with a 1-year-old baby and two 10-year-olds, and you refused to serve us. It's a disgrace! 😡😡😡 We would have waited for a table to become available, even though the two people who arrived at the same time as us told you to wait. The least you could have done was ask if we were willing to wait. Do we have to arrive at 6:00 PM to get a table? If you don't want to work, just close in the evening and go to bed very early. Shame on you again! 😡😡😡

Generous portions, beautifully presented and fragrant, with high-quality ingredients... and the entire menu (our neighbors' plates) seemed to be of the same caliber! The dessert menu is small (homemade) but incredibly delicate. A truly wonderful place, with discreet and efficient service... We loved it!

14/06/2026: Extremely disappointed! We were expecting to discover "the best restaurant in Briançon" based on the reviews, but it was anything but. A very friendly young woman gave us a warm welcome, but then there was a very, very long wait to take our order and between each course (we almost left halfway through the meal). Our waiter was friendly but perhaps inexperienced; in any case, not up to scratch (aperitif glasses weren't cleared, so there wasn't enough room when the main courses arrived, no big deal, we just pushed everything in with our plates. The bread basket was carelessly tossed onto the table. They forgot to take our dessert order, etc.). The dishes were good, but not the treat we were expecting. The presentation was so-so, and the side dishes were always the same. Perhaps it's more of a winter restaurant, perhaps the waiter was inexperienced, perhaps the chef was new, etc. In any case, to leave faster, we didn't order coffee.

22/05/2026: Le Bélisaire was a real gem. A warm welcome, a lovely team, a passionate chef, and incredible cuisine from start to finish. Special mention goes to the veal blanquette, surely the best I've ever had, and the cherry clafoutis, absolutely perfect. The menu is brilliantly conceived, with excellent options for everyone, whether you prefer meat or fish. It's the kind of place you want to return to again and again, the kind of bistro you dream of having as your neighborhood spot. A huge thank you to the entire team!

05/07/2026: The setting, especially the terrace, is lovely and pleasant, and the staff are efficient and friendly. However, the food is very average, both in terms of quantity and quality. It's industrially produced and barely lukewarm.
