17/07/2026: The only slight criticism I could make, especially for those unfamiliar with the region, is this: To point out and describe some unusual places: the Veolia waste treatment center in Rouen, nicknamed "the boat" because of its three ocean liner-style chimneys, the Flaubert Pavilion, the Napoleon Column, and the arrival point at La Bouille. 14/07/2026: An excellent evening by the water, a land and sea platter, very good, accompanied by soft drinks for us, we would gladly do it again to discover other musical talents.

11/07/2026: While strolling through Ault, we immediately noticed Le Saint Pierre, a place with a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was just closing at that time… The online reservation for the evening worked perfectly, although we did have to choose our meal during the booking process. Since that suited our tastes, it wasn't a problem. The mussels were absolutely delicious and completely exceeded our expectations. The service was attentive and friendly, and the historic atmosphere further enhanced our positive experience! We will definitely recommend it! 👏

The design of the bar is modern with a retro feel, making it a place where you want to stay longer. The servers were very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to present and recommend the dishes. The cocktails were great as well. And the chef was the highlight, relaxed, but precise with every dish. Everything we tried was marvelous. It was a full-on foodgasm! Every bite brought pure satisfaction to the taste buds. The dishes are so creative, beautifully balanced, and always come with a sprinkle of surprise. Highly recommended!

09/08/2026: The building itself is a stunning landscape and courtyard. In summer, it offers both respite from the heat and immersion in art. It features numerous sculptures by Spanish and Swiss artists. The restaurant's pine trees and the entire brick building make every corner of the Mediterranean scenery a picturesque scene.
