15/05/2026: Excellent restaurant and super friendly staff. In a very pleasant location, away from traffic but only an hour and a half from Paris. It makes you want to relax in the rooms!

03/05/2026: I had an amazing experience at the Hôtel de l’Abbaye de Longpont. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the abbey and ideal for exploring the area. The staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped with everything you might need—towels, shampoo, a hairdryer—and the beds were especially comfortable. A special mention goes to the manager, a dynamic and kind young man who recently took over the hotel and is clearly passionate about the project. The hotel is being renovated gradually, with great taste and care to preserve the charm of a typical French hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here!

01/06/2026: If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star. We were in Vichy for the big Sunday Brocante market. We thought we'd grab a quick bite, so we ended up here (what a shame). The special of the day was a salad with rice (cold, overcooked, probably thawed), avocado served with the skin still on, cold chicken curry that wasn't cooked through but was still pink, and roughly chopped raw onion. The waiter cleaned his nails before setting the table for us. When serving the salad, no attention was paid to any intolerances or allergies. The price compared to the quality of the food is shameful, more than €30 for a poor and unhygienic kitchen. Don't eat there even if you have no other option.

12/07/2026: Had ten out of ten service and food last night hosted by Phil and Lorraine, large portion sizes cooked to perfection, I had the lamb and hubby had the steak, cannot recommend this charming gem of a place enough

23/03/2026: The set menu price was reasonable, however, we hadn't even finished our beer when the starter arrived, so it was cold and I asked for it to be reheated. The meat I ordered rare arrived overcooked; I asked for it less cooked, and the piece from my plate went back into the pile of food to be reheated 😬 I noticed that the meat was precooked before we ordered… what a shame, we won't be going back.

04/05/2026: We opened the season at this magnificent place. The superior room on the top floor is tastefully decorated. Nothing luxurious, but authentic. A family-run inn with a soul. The bedding is very comfortable. Breakfast was generous, with an excellent homemade lemon cake. We had dinner there, an exceptional experience in terms of both flavor and presentation. From the appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect. Neither too heavy nor too rich, the young chef, who greeted the diners as he went from table to table, shared his impressive background with us. He speaks about his cuisine with love and passion. I don't want to spoil the menu, but I must mention the Grandma's fresh cheese fritters—a pure delight. The staff is extraordinarily kind and attentive, reflecting the owners' warm welcome. You feel like part of the family. We were completely won over and highly recommend a stay. We will be back…

03/05/2026: Simply excellent! We spent a week in Corsica, and the wild boar ravioli was by far the best dish we had! It would even change a vegetarian's mind. The welcome and service were warm and attentive. Don't change a thing! 🙏🏼

01/07/2026: There must have been a change in the chocolate éclair recipe. It's now very average and much smaller compared to a few months ago!

28/06/2026: Today, Sunday, June 28th, my mother was sold completely spoiled mille-feuilles. The worst I've ever eaten. Like cardboard. Not fresh at all. It's a disgrace considering the price. And the hygiene is highly questionable. I understand that the heatwave is impacting businesses, but please keep some standards in mind...

14/06/2026: We had dinner as a group of three on a Saturday evening in June at 7 pm. Warm welcome. Simple yet inviting decor. Comfortable chairs, even for those with larger appetites. The menu was intentionally limited (4 starters, 4 main courses, and 4 desserts) because everything is homemade, which helps avoid waste. The owner explained that the menu changes every two weeks. We enjoyed our meal: the portions were a decent size and the food was delicious. Excellent value for money.

03/07/2026: I called a place 10 minutes from this inn to ask if we could eat there. A disgusting man answered, very agitated, and told me to call back in an hour, saying he had 30 people and was serving alone. I thanked him for his kindness; I couldn't have known he was so busy. He was aggressive, and I certainly wouldn't be stopping at his place. I do not recommend this despicable person.

05/06/2026: At Le Tacot, the daily menu is unique and gourmet, cleverly crafted from start to finish by Alain Sécond, its creative and jovial chef, using fresh, local, seasonal produce. The stars are in the eyes of the customers.

16/01/2026: New owner and new name. The new owner, who is friendly, offers a menu of traditional dishes made with local ingredients (from nearby farms). I stopped by at 11:30 am and it smelled delicious. I encourage you to go and see for yourself.

28/10/2025: I'm in the restaurant right now. It's not my first time here; I eat at a lot of restaurants about once a month because of my job. I'm always warmly welcomed with a smile, and the food is good and fresh. And it's not expensive at all. I highly recommend it. If you want to eat well, have a good time, and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, stop by.

20/06/2026: Excellent discovery: a very warm welcome, helpful explanations and advice about the dishes. The beef was incredibly tender with Thai spices. Vanilla ice cream with delicious Amarena cherries to finish. A good selection, and prices reflect the quality.

01/03/2026: The best Thai restaurant in the area, without a doubt. Authentic and delicious food, very reasonable prices, and a pleasant atmosphere. A sure bet that I highly recommend.
