26/08/2026: Since zero stars isn't an option, I'm giving it one. Second visit to this so-called restaurant. This time I left after 5 minutes. They present you with a menu and then immediately tell you they only have eggs mayonnaise, flank steak, and ice cream. That's it. It's the same thing every time. This restaurant is dying.

05/10/2026: The "Mahéva" cake is absolutely delicious: a fantastic combination of mango and passion fruit, with a delicate mousse, an almond biscuit, and a touch of caramel. A true delight for the taste buds! I also tried the quiche and a few other desserts, and everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Impeccable service, a warm atmosphere: a truly wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

26/09/2026: We had a wonderful time last night at this restaurant. Our waiter Julien, along with the owner and their trainee Nancy, were very attentive. We enjoyed a delicious meal at a very good price. The wine was excellent, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. For all cheese lovers, I highly recommend this restaurant.

20/09/2026: Simple but delicious food. A lovely starter of crayfish and mushroom salad with a very pleasant hot and cold contrast. A duo of pollack with sauerkraut, very well cooked. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

23/08/2026: I was very disappointed by this restaurant. First of all, the welcome was very cold, the wait was long, the pizzas were frozen, the mussels were served cold, without even a large spoon to scoop up the sauce, and the desserts were very pasty. I will never go back. And on top of that, the bill was exorbitant.

19/10/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS Thursday evening, after the Stevie Wonder concert (11:30 pm) at the Accor Arena, we were looking for a restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately, we didn't find the right one, and the fact that it was completely empty when we arrived didn't serve as a warning: we were sorely mistaken for what followed!! My husband ordered a chicken skewer with Thai rice. The inedible skewer had already been cooked and reheated (probably leftovers from lunch). (See photos) When we pointed this out to the waiter, he told us he didn't have time to change it because it was too busy!! My son ordered steak tartare with fries (inedible)!! As for me, a Norwegian salad (which was Norwegian in name only) consisted of a miserable slice of salmon on a mound of lettuce… All this for a bill of €77!!!! The remarks made to the manager at the time of payment only elicited this phrase: "We'll try to do better next time!!" If, after what has just been said above, your steps lead you to this so-called restaurant, you have only yourself to blame!! In conclusion: an address to forget very, very quickly!!! October 21, 2026: Response to the manager The manager of Le Chambertin gave some pseudo-responses that were, in fact, not responses at all. - He claims that "we didn't speak to the manager." If, when it comes time to pay, your interlocutor isn't close to management and the response to your complaints is "we'll try to do better next time," it makes no sense! - We supposedly didn't mention the other two dishes: you have to read the entire review: "inedible fries" & "a measly slice of salmon" for the Norwegian salad!!! €77 for this epic dinner because "we ordered drinks"; that's right: a bottle of still water!! If you think that's cheap... You haven't offered a single apology for what you served me: a strange way to treat your passing customers, since they're the ones who make the majority of your business, and which explains why the restaurant was empty when we arrived before the influx of people like us coming from the concert!!! Please make sure you check your spelling in your replies!! Yes, we stand by our conclusion: this is a place to avoid!!!!!

15/10/2026: I would particularly like to thank the restaurant staff. While I was having lunch alone, a young man started bothering me. I didn't even have time to react before the staff had already taken the initiative to intervene and remove him. In a time when aggression and inappropriate behavior are unfortunately common, I truly appreciated feeling safe and seeing that the staff was attentive to what was happening in the dining room. It's invaluable to feel safe, even when dining alone. A big thank you again to them. In addition, the service was quick and the welcome very pleasant. A very good experience!

19/09/2026: We were regulars at this restaurant, but on our last two visits in August, we were very disappointed with the food. The first time, the steak tartare was very poorly mixed and severely lacking in sauce. The second time, the pasta Bolognese was swimming in water on the plate, the sauce was tasteless, unsalted, and completely devoid of spices. I've never eaten such bad pasta in my life, and I'm over 60. It took my stomach three days to recover. The problem isn't with the dining room, but with the food. Since then, we've gone elsewhere. It's a shame because we used to enjoy going there, but the quality of the food has really declined. I even mentioned it to the friendly waitress. I hope things will improve soon. Delmal Philippe

17/04/2026: Excellent experience, the DJ is good, the view is magnificent, the service impeccable (special mention for Walter and Cécile), I recommend the salad 🥗 with stuffed cabbage and an extra fried chicken.

28/09/2026: Eating a pizza or a (good) HOT burger while watching the sunset is possible!

21/08/2026: We ate there today. A burger with fries and a steak. The fries were hard and the burger meat was undercooked. Not recommended.

25/09/2026: Bad service, don’t expect to be greeted with a smile or to talk to a helpful staff (at least, the young lady who served us was very disagreeable). Beautiful view, by the ocean. No WiFi, very bad mobile network when inside.

29/10/2026: I visited your establishment this evening and was met with a very poor reception from an employee at the counter. He spoke to me disrespectfully, shouting at me for being late, and then said goodbye in a mocking tone. I find this behavior completely unacceptable. This is not how one welcomes and treats customers. Even if I was late, this in no way justifies such a lack of respect. I am deeply disappointed by this experience. Neither I nor the people with me will be returning to your establishment. A customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. I hope you will take this complaint seriously so that this type of behavior does not happen again.

03/10/2026: Excellent service from Matéo for my phone order; thank you to him as well for the warm welcome. Once in the store, the pizza was fantastic. Well done to him! (Order placed at 1:20 PM, picked up at 1:30 PM)

04/06/2026: A very kind waitress and a very good, generous menu, good value for money (a beautiful slice of very good foie gras... in fact, everything was very good ;-)... we recommend it 100%)

02/06/2026: The location is lovely and Christopher (I could have the gentleman’s name wrong) was delightful. The lady serving us was distinctly unpleasant. While she may only speak French it is body language that makes up 80% of speech. She was unpleasant and made the whole experience uncomfortable. The starters were lovely but the pork very dry. I requested we take our cheese plate back to our hotel and it was put in a container that was covered in dirty greasy hands. Of course we paid for the full dinner, we were not offered to take the desserts home. We are guests, in your country and love to visit France but we are your guests in your restaurant and should be treated with kindness, respect and a little patience.

19/08/2026: The servers were friendly. The pizza tasted like a store-bought pizza. The mussels and fries were good. The brioche bun on my hamburger was good, but I think it's time to change the oil in the fryer. The ice cream and gourmet coffees were good and generous portions. There's a children's play area with a zip line, net course, and playhouse. But it's in dire need of repair and bringing up to code. There are electrical cables sticking out of the ground right in the middle of the play area, the zip line is broken, and the rope on the rope bridge is broken on one side. It's a shame because it could really enhance the restaurant.

17/08/2026: 13.50 euros for "Napoli" tagliatelle: industrial pasta, sauce from Leclerc, no presentation, no seasoning, not even worthy of a bad school cafeteria. My companions ordered steak and fries: industrial steak and frozen fries, the bread was also frozen—in fact, everything was frozen—and despite all that, no effort was made...

15/09/2026: It was good, but the only downside is that someone who eats very little isn't allowed to order the children's menu, and they don't even offer minced steak, even though it's on the children's menu.
