07/06/2026: Industrial products that can be useful in a pinch. Arrived after 7:30 PM, which should have been the time for the 50% discount. I bought a little more than I had planned. Result: no 50% discount applied. Disappointed and misleading practice, especially since a sign on the door clearly stated it.

05/06/2026: A bakery where customers are practically assaulted when they ask why their order isn't priced as advertised. A bakery where the sales assistant I encountered has such inflated egos that they insist on having the last word, acting condescendingly despite being incapable of providing professional assistance. A bakery where customers are told to learn to read instead of being offered a friendly smile when they don't understand. There are plenty of other bakeries where the advertised price is what you actually pay, bakeries where you're helped with a smile, not pride and arrogance. Avoid at all costs.

03/01/2026: Excellent homemade steak tartare; my husband had the filet mignon... also very good. The main course was reasonably priced. The dessert was very good but a bit pricey... the gourmet coffee was €10... even in Paris, that's not so expensive. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, and the servers were very pleasant and smiling.

22/07/2026: Upon arrival, we asked if they accepted ANCV Connect vouchers and were told yes. However, when the bill arrived, they said they didn't accept Connect vouchers and that the manager wasn't there. I want to point out that the ANCV website clearly states they accept both paper and Connect vouchers. The service was far too pushy; we were barely in the room when they asked if we had made our selection, even though we had just activated the card.

22/07/2026: The chef has changed, and it's even better than before… the mussels are top-notch, and the sauces are truly delicious… curry… chorizo… not to mention the manager, a real sweetheart, who makes your experience incredibly welcoming. A must-try for mussels and fries… but not only that…

03/07/2026: At 6:55 PM, I went to get two loaves of bread. I had them sliced. The young woman put the corn bread back in a ball, pressing the slices down. Seeing my face, she explained that this particular loaf wasn't meant to be sliced! And her friend backed her up. At that point, I got a little annoyed and told her to go get some training. This is the only bakery that offers this service. My husband was refused service at 6:30 PM because the machine had already been "cleaned"... they close at 8:00 PM. The service is appalling! If the owner reads this review, I would be happy to speak with him! Customer service is something you learn, but bad faith must be punished.

13/06/2026: For one day overdue, they refused to give me the bread offered with my loyalty card, even though I come every day. They're real money-grubbers with no respect for their customers.

27/07/2026: The decor is dated (some might like that) but spacious, with a lovely terrace. The starters were good, and we only ordered two different main courses: both were very average. The only dessert we tried was French toast, which was a complete failure—hard and not at all moist. Not enough to make us want to go back!

07/04/2026: Always great service at the Flunch in Fameck. The menu is quite varied and regularly updated. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I recommend the rösti burger. Thanks to the whole team!

02/07/2026: Came to Utopia yesterday to quench my thirst. I was a little scared when I saw two hippies approaching me (they were the waiters). Surprisingly, the hippies were polite and very professional. Long live the leftists and the gay community! Gay-friendly bar, I love it! ✨🌈

28/06/2026: We ordered a continental breakfast with tea. However, since the regular tea was no longer available, we were served a higher-end tea at an extra cost, without being informed beforehand. Surprised when I received the bill, I pointed this out to the bar staff. The server who took the order admitted the mistake. But my request for a refund was refused by the other two waitresses because, and I quote, "well, she drank the tea." I insisted, to no avail. The tone was very condescending; the two barmaids were visibly annoyed that I was asking for a refund for a more expensive drink that I hadn't ordered, and for which we couldn't even tell the difference (the tea was served directly in a teapot). I didn't dare insist any further for €2.50 in front of all the other customers in the lobby. It's disconcerting that the service error was to the customer's detriment. The table service itself, with the third waitress, was very good.

24/07/2026: Frozen fries that turn to cardboard when they cool. It's not hard to buy better quality fries these days. I can't even imagine what the rest is like. I think you should take your customers' opinions into account because things used to be better. I'm being objective if you look closely, and I value those who do good work.
