02/06/2026: I came with two friends and we had a wonderful time. The service was discreet, efficient, and very professional. The dishes were served with great care; even in a bistro setting, you could feel the genuine attention paid to each plate, both in terms of taste and presentation. The cocktails were excellent, and the setting is simply perfect. Admittedly, the prices might seem a bit high, but the experience more than justifies them. This isn't my first visit, and it's always a pleasure to return. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation. Congratulations to the kitchen staff and the teams who handle the service and reception at the hotel.

02/06/2026: We've seen many reviews about this café/restaurant... very mixed. Personally, we live in the Pau area and love coming here for a drink. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, and the setting in Beaumont Park is lovely. We ate here tonight, and the food and gourmet coffee were excellent. No complaints whatsoever, and the waiter was fantastic. We think it deserves top marks for this type of service, and a special mention goes to the waiter. We'll definitely be back.

13/09/2026: Regarding the food, there wasn't much choice. The drinks weren't cold. The service was really lacking; the woman who served us was not at all friendly. There are ways to speak to people. It wasn't very busy, but her attitude was very unpleasant. There were too few restrooms for a restaurant of this size.

18/10/2026: These are restaurants that take on more customers than they can accommodate. The wait is endless, and they serve food to only half the table, leaving the other half waiting for half an hour. You need to take on fewer customers if you can't keep up.

09/10/2026: A very disappointing experience. The staff weren't very friendly, the welcome wasn't warm at all, and the food was really subpar. We weren't even served at the same time. Very disappointed considering the hype I'd heard. The food was very greasy. The fruit in the fruit salad was half rotten, and to top it all off, a dessert we ordered was served at another table, then taken away, and then brought back to our table 😡

31/08/2026: Hello, we came this Saturday evening. A huge thank you to the waiter for his professionalism and humor!! We had a wonderful time on the last day of our vacation in this charming establishment. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I will gladly return.

30/08/2026: We came in July and weren't disappointed by either the food or the service. So we came back specifically to eat the caramelized pork knuckle, and frankly, we have no regrets. The presentation was excellent, a real treat, and the welcome was just as warm. I sincerely recommend this restaurant; in fact, we're going back to try the charcuterie and cheese board, which is really well-stocked.

31/08/2026: We've had the opportunity to come several times, for several years in a row, but this year is a real disaster. The prices are outrageous, and the food is very mediocre! For example: grilled octopus with chorizo, but there was no chorizo! The manager's response: "I made a mistake; the chef is out of chorizo ​​on the menu." The dish was still charged at €27! I think we came at the end of the season, but we won't be back! It's a shame, because the setting is nice…

11/10/2026: Passing through this bakery, everything looked appealing at first glance, but it was a huge disappointment. The baguettes were dry with very little crumb, and the price of the bread is outrageous. The specialty breads looked good but were dry, and there was no attention paid to the sliced ​​bread (loose in bags, croutons missing). A real shame. The service needs improvement; no smiles for customers, poor organization. Nice shop. No parking.

01/06/2026: Had a nice visit here. The rooms are simple but clean and practical. The whole building is an older inn so don’t expect fancy trappings but it’s a nice place nonetheless. Was arriving a bit late but the staff were happy to host us in the restaurant. The food was tasty and with a bunch of locally sourced vegetables and meats. The breakfast was fairly simple, not a huge selection, but the tables were neatly set, there were some croissants and jams, some cereals and coffee and juice. The ambiance of the whole place was relaxed, so nothing formal, no attempts to act overly fancy, or overly service oriented but also down to earth, happy to chat a bit and ensure needs were met. I’d happily return.

17/05/2026: A woman (smoking outside in an apron, to illustrate the point) who raises her eyes when you ask a question—you wouldn't guess there's an outside area behind her! A little kindness and a smile are free and can pay off big time; in this case, we turned around and left. What a shame...
