24/02/2026: The restaurant has been replaced by an unidentified Asian place (Le Mekong), which I would avoid at all costs. I ordered gyoza as a starter; apart from the shape, they were nothing like the originals—saturated with oil and made with the wrong ingredients. Then I had a green chicken curry, which I've never seen before: hot water with lemongrass stalks and a chicken breast swimming in it. They should be told to remove the lemongrass stalks before serving, just like the other aromatic leaves; it's inedible. In short, avoid it. The value for money is disastrous.

15/05/2026: Les Halles is a hectic venue, but this has been a reliable place for us to get a lunch, enjoy the food and drink, and most of all survey the activity. If you are new to Les Halles, avoid the weekends and ease into the experience. With practice you will be able to enjoy the weekends as well as the locals. :-) Service here is brisk but friendly. When it is time to pay, bring the waiter’s note to the middle of the place, cash only. Someone will have occupied your seats before you get halfway there.

17/05/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try the food; we were forgotten outside and left in a corner without ever being offered a table.

02/05/2026: We just had drinks and waffles. As for the wait, they were busy, so that's normal.

29/07/2026: It's convenient and the staff are friendly, but it's really expensive for what it is; watch out for hidden fees. Plus, even the smallest pizza change is charged at a premium (e.g., €4.50 to swap the pork for another meat), and since it's a franchise, nothing can be resolved. In short, go there only if no other delivery pizzas are available or on evenings with special offers; otherwise, you're better off looking at independent restaurants (like Maestro in Les Lilas, for example).

17/07/2026: It's an Alphonse Mucha-themed cafe, and it's not bad! I ordered the 20-euro breakfast set, and the selection is excellent.

08/07/2026: The staff were unfriendly... the cups looked like they were picked up from somewhere... the hygiene was terrible... I recommend that those with weak stomachs avoid this place.

28/04/2026: It has to be said that this picturesque place, Vézelay, is a bit run-down. The state of the streets isn't great! Many of the houses and shops are unoccupied and in a state of disrepair! You can tell you're in the last century, the era of Vidocq or stagecoaches! I visited this little town during a trip to Auxerre, so I stopped in Vézelay, which had been a long-held plan. The basilica was under renovation at the time! I didn't visit the inn, so I can't comment on that.

20/04/2026: I didn't use the hotel's services, just the restaurant. I enjoyed the food (including the vegetarian options), however, two shortcomings in the service at our table concerned me. The staff remained courteous and apologized, but offered no compensation.

24/03/2026: Lunch at the foot of the slopes, in the sunshine, with very friendly staff and delicious food! I highly recommend this place.

03/03/2026: A Sunday out with the family. No ice in our drinks despite our requests, the €18 hamburger wasn't cooked properly and was raw, so it was completely cold. Considering the night I spent there, I'm not sure the meat was very good. Long wait. No smiles or friendliness from the waiters. The Caesar salad was bland and empty.

16/07/2026: We waited 20 minutes for a server who was supposed to bring us the menu. We're still waiting.

15/07/2026: The waiter was about as welcoming as a prison door, and the coffee was awful—just bitter water. Really not good; only the location saved it.

29/07/2026: The tartare was very well prepared. As for the rest of the menu…overrated. Professional service and a very nice terrace. I tried it based on social media recommendations…I expected better.

28/07/2026: Was here for dinner with my family. Expected quite s lot of the place but the food was nowhere near are expectations and didn’t match the price point at all. The waiter was rather rude and too busy with other things it seemed. Around the main course we overheard a father asking to borrow the toilet for his 3-4 year old son who seemed to need a toilet rather bad. The answer was no which for us was the tipping point. Can’t recommend this place and suggest you find something better and a better price and most likely much better service.

30/06/2026: Great place! Very good food, very nice wine list, pleasant atmosphere.

16/07/2026: Still very good, but the less profitable items are often out of stock... (apple turnovers, kouign-amann). I'm significantly lowering my rating, just like the number of customers. It's become very business-oriented. The portions are ridiculously small and the prices astronomical. I live right next door; there used to be a constant queue, but now you can count the customers on one hand.

14/07/2026: We had a lovely experience here! The pastries were delicious and beautiful and the staff was very kind and helpful! Highly recommend!
