06/06/2026: Charming! The saleswoman was very friendly and the baked goods were incredibly delicious! The bread, croissants, and pastries were heavenly, and the little cake was a dream! It's definitely worth a visit!

15/05/2026: Hello, I tried the strawberry and raspberry cakes, they were as pretty as they were delicious, the flavors were really present, very well balanced in sugar, a real treat, the breads and pastries are also successful with a wide choice 👌.

29/10/2026: I'm referring to the restaurant: the traditional cuisine is perfectly acceptable, though not exceptional. They have good local beers and homemade bread. Beautiful view of St. Lawrence!

18/10/2026: A must-visit in Saint Laurent... because it's the only place open at this time of year. We spent one night there, had dinner and breakfast. It's convenient when you're on foot, but frankly, it was the least enjoyable part of our vacation. The room was very basic for the price (almost windowless, opening directly onto the dining room, shower with a plastic curtain at the foot of the bed, the only accessible toilet is in the restaurant). The meal was passable, but the whole experience is very expensive for the level of service and, above all, soulless, not to say depressing.

19/09/2026: I could give zero stars, and I would!! We thought we were going to have frog legs, but no, you have to reserve them. I've never seen anything like it; it's ridiculous. The meal was way too expensive for the quality; the gratin wasn't even fresh, etc. ... Dessert got a 0/20. Take the time to make a proper chocolate cake and serve fizzy drinks. Anyway, I won't be back, and I won't be recommending it!

30/03/2026: Unfortunately, I won't be going back. Even though it's a restaurant/bar with set menus for workers, I found the quality very, very average. I was very disappointed with the quality and cooking of the food. We couldn't even finish our meals. While the service was very good, that's not enough to give it more stars. I enjoy cooking homemade meals, and everyone cooks differently, but there's a difference between cooking and just throwing things together. Honestly, the quality just wasn't there. We left hungry and with a bill that was completely unjustified for what we were served.

22/02/2026: Three daily specials (red meat, white meat, fish), all homemade and deliciously prepared by the chef. Generous portions. And don't forget the desserts. Top-notch service. A bistro like they used to make. Perfect for a lunch break on the way to the Alps.

17/07/2026: For our last day of vacation in the region, we didn't feel like cooking. We weren't disappointed. The value for money was excellent, the welcome was very friendly and pleasant, and the food was simple but high quality! There was a good selection of menus in terms of price and taste – something for every budget and every palate! I highly recommend it.

09/08/2026: I strongly advise against going there. We ate next to the owner's table, and he shouts and speaks extremely rudely to his employees throughout the restaurant. He also gave us a dirty look and spoke rudely to us. The waitress, however, was very professional and efficient! Unfortunately, when it came time to pay for the table and our drinks, the bill wasn't recorded, so we had to repeat everything!

The owner is very friendly, the service is always top-notch, and the food is excellent and, above all, very consistent, which is quite rare in a ski resort. A place we highly recommend!
