25/07/2026: I wanted to love this place because the staff were genuinely very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a major letdown. We, a family of four, were seated at the very first table in the middle near the entrance, which turned out to be terribly uncomfortable. Staff were constantly rushing behind our seats to reach neighboring tables. At one point, they literally carried an entire table and extra chairs directly over us just to squeeze in another seating area in the corner. It felt completely chaotic and lacked any sense of relaxed dining. As for the food—it was truly bad and frankly an insult to French cuisine. We ordered the Lemon Chicken and the Teriyaki Fish, and both dishes were terrible. The Onion Soup was too heavy with heavy cheese on top. Great service alone can’t compensate for awful food and a chaotic atmosphere. Really disappointing—not acceptable.

29/11/2025: A very pleasant welcome and the staff were very attentive to the customers on the day of our visit. The food was very good and plentiful.

06/08/2026: The chocolate éclair is not bad but nothing special, it is quite thin and costs €3.50.

29/01/2026: It's more like a two-star than a three-star hotel. I was given a supposedly luxury room without being told it was a special room for disabled guests. While I have nothing against disabled people, it would have been helpful to be informed beforehand. The rooms are mediocre and often very crowded in the morning showers, with no hot water – in short, a disaster. Not to mention the noise from the upstairs neighbor until midnight, when it sounded like she was moving furniture. The reception was pleasant enough, and the hostess isn't to blame, but overall, not a great experience.

20/11/2025: The welcome was very cold, and above all, the food bore no resemblance to what the previous owners had been doing. Essentially reheated leftovers, with no flavor. The steak was tough and the calf's head made my partner ill. This place is definitely one to avoid, especially considering the high price.

19/07/2026: I highly recommend it! It's a peaceful place, the view is magnificent, especially in the evening on the terrace. The price is affordable and the noise level is just right! The staff is very welcoming.

18/06/2026: I come here from time to time with friends and we're never disappointed; all the dishes are delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is excellent. It's hard to find a halal restaurant that offers so many dishes, which suits a huge number of people!

29/05/2026: We went to eat there on a day when it was 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit), and the menu offered beef bourguignon, turkey blanquette, or fish and chips cooked in oil that hadn't been changed in ages… The fries were undoubtedly the cheapest from Metro, even thinner than McDonald's… The outdoor terrace at the back of the restaurant isn't safe; I fell while sitting down because some of the slats were damaged and the chair legs kept falling through the holes. The manager's response was, "That's just how it is. The terrace got flooded, we'll have to redo it, what can you do?" Not to mention that the terrace in front of the restaurant wasn't finished, and this man asked me to go inside while I waited for my friend because… he was using a leaf blower. It was 12:30… In short, the setting is nice, but otherwise… avoid it at all costs!!!

25/05/2026: We arrived at the end of the lunch service, at 2 pm. The owner gave us a poor welcome, explaining that she couldn't serve us right away. Finally, the owner took our order after 30 minutes. Our drinks took another 20 minutes to arrive, with no help whatsoever from the owner, who simply replied "no, no" to our questions. When it came time to pay, the owner's lack of professionalism continued, making it clear that paying by card was inconvenient for him (without any apology, of course). Other customers were refused service right in front of us for no apparent reason. I do not recommend this place.

18/07/2026: We just stopped by this morning for a coffee; the owner or waiter, I don't know, but he was simply AWFUL.

25/07/2026: First and last time… extremely expensive products. The most outrageous thing is the €7 tub of ratatouille for the few grams it contains. I should have listened to the reviews and gone to the shop next door.

The value for money is excellent considering the generous portions and high quality of the food. Beyond the delicious food, the team is very professional, attentive, and offers great ideas for the event planning. A reliable and efficient service provider, a rare find. 100% recommended!

24/06/2026: I received a very warm welcome at Bistrot 14; the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The establishment is clean and well-maintained, with a convivial atmosphere that seems to be the perfect complement to a meal with family or friends. The price-quality ratio is fair, and the waiters' patience was much appreciated.
