13/01/2026: A very warm welcome, a pleasant setting, the galettes are very good and substantial, served with a lovely salad, fresh produce… a nice dessert menu, all at a very reasonable price, I recommend this establishment where you will have a good time.

23/10/2025: Marked open when it's closed...no message on the answering machine either to inform the potential customer...

06/06/2026: I have never seen such appalling customer service. While ordering a set menu, I simply changed my mind about which drink I wanted. The cashier then replied, "Madam, you're tiring me out." I immediately told her that this was not an acceptable way to speak to a customer. In response, she went off to attend to something else, telling me to call her back when I had finally made my choice, even though I was the only customer there at the time. Faced with such a lack of professionalism and consideration, I decided to pick up my suitcase and leave the establishment without buying anything. I don't know the name of this employee, but she was the only one on duty on Saturday, June 6th, around 5:30 p.m. In light of this experience, and noting that other comments report similar problems, it might be time for management to seriously examine its recruitment, training, and staff monitoring criteria. A minimum of courtesy and respect towards customers should be the foundation of any service.

29/05/2026: Moldy raspberry on top of the cottage cheese, warm coke and stale bread that looked like it was from the day before.

09/07/2026: The Google reviews and ratings are quite accurate. I wanted my own opinion, and indeed, the sandwich was not great, expensive, and the service was disdainful.

19/12/2025: I saw something shocking when I went into the shop on Wednesday: six fruit tarts thrown away simply because they were almost a week old and no longer sellable. There are farmers and other people who might have been happy to eat them if you hadn't waited until the last minute hoping to sell them. There's also the "Too Good To Go" app. In these times, it would be great to avoid waste 👍

30/06/2026: Four of us ate there and everything was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the crepes were delicious. Good value for money.

21/06/2026: Not great, neither the food nor the service. The restaurant was empty when we arrived; that should have been a red flag. The galettes were very sparsely filled despite the prices not being low. And the galettes/crepes were only cooked on one side, so it was sickening to have a slightly raw taste.

27/10/2025: The service is okay, but the crepes are cold and the "hot chocolates" are just chocolate and water with no milk or anything else. I don't recommend it in October at the end of the holidays!

27/10/2025: Disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The hot chocolate was clearly made with water, without milk, and my cup was only half full. Furthermore, the cutlery was simply wrapped in paper towels, giving an impression of carelessness and poor hygiene. It's a shame, because the place had potential, but the quality and presentation were lacking, which is disappointing considering the price of the chocolate! I do not recommend it.

30/06/2026: Hotel attached to the bar (same name, 1 rue de Montreuil): dishonest establishment. A promised refund for an unused night was never issued, despite a timely request made on Booking.com (within 48 hours of a train cancellation). The attic room was stifling, with no air conditioning or ventilation, and constant noise (from the Carrefour supermarket and bar below). Avoid this place for accommodation.

13/06/2026: The place looks very nice from the outside. Unfortunately, the waiter was unfriendly and dishonest.

24/07/2026: A very pleasant evening with great gypsy music, but above all, a fantastic waitress – very pleasant, smiling, and attentive to her customers despite a full terrace 😊

22/07/2026: The staff were incredibly friendly despite the crowd, and the live music was fantastic. We arrived late, yet we were welcomed with great kindness. A huge thank you! The mussels and fries with their marinara sauce were superb. And thank you for introducing me to the regional syrup; I can no longer drink regular lemon syrup, you were right! 😆 The team was amazing, thank you!

22/05/2026: Great, fast and friendly service :)

05/05/2026: We stopped by this Monday at lunchtime to eat, and were greeted rather coldly. We were then served quickly, but the burgers we ordered arrived fairly quickly but were tasteless. The meat dish and its sides were bland, and the fries and burgers lacked seasoning. To top it all off, no dessert or coffee was offered. They didn't ask any questions about our meal, as if they didn't want to hear the sad truth that our three dishes were bad. And to top it all off, two out of three of us got sick.

05/07/2026: A very pretty, cozy, and truly pleasant terrace. Friendly service. But unfortunately, the food wasn't really anything special… Really, really, really basic… for prices that are still quite high. The value for money needs improvement. A shame…

31/07/2026: The restaurant is ideally located near the Gare de Lyon train station, which is convenient. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was sorely lacking: no greeting, little attention paid to customers, and we had to wait to be charged. The music was also very loud, and no one offered us water. As for the food, we were particularly disappointed. I ordered meat that arrived far too overcooked, to the point of being barely edible. The sauce, advertised as a pepper sauce, was more like pepper mayonnaise. My partner ordered pasta, which was also much too overcooked. We were also quite surprised by the dessert: the "tiramisu" was nothing like a classic tiramisu, as it was made with madeleines, cream, and Nutella. Furthermore, it clearly didn't seem very fresh, and we didn't find it tasty. Finally, the hygiene and the condition of the equipment are seriously lacking. Several plates were dirty and some were badly chipped, which is not reassuring for a restaurant. It's a shame because the location is really convenient, but given the service, the quality of the food and the overall condition of the tableware, we unfortunately will not be returning.

24/07/2026: The restaurant (especially the floor!) was very dirty. We arrived at the beginning of service, and there were still the fries from the lunch service on the floor. A quick sweep between courses would have made the restaurant much more presentable. The food itself was okay.

24/02/2026: Very disappointed with this "restaurant." It's a shame because the setting is beautiful. First, the restaurant is huge, but it was practically empty; there were only three tables. Second, the pizza crust was inedible, even though the owner gave us a second knife; the dough was extremely hard. Third, the dessert was mass-produced; the whipped cream from a can melted incredibly quickly on the plate. And fourth, the owner completely ignored us, except for a smile when we brought the bill. There were two of us, and we won't be going back. We were very disappointed.
