04/04/2026: I've never been treated so badly in a restaurant. The woman with short, white hair and bangs was extremely unpleasant. She even refused to tell me where the restrooms were; I still don't understand why. I had to ask her colleague (who was kind and friendly) after asking her three times. I can't comment on the food (which looked very good) because I only stopped for a coffee and a drink. But I was so put off by this woman that I'm leaving such a negative review, hoping she's not the owner.

02/04/2026: Extremely disappointed by the welcome and service! My reservation was cancelled without explanation, even though the chosen time slot was available online. The restaurant is impossible to reach by phone, and there's no contact form on the website. Appalling customer service and overall experience!!

14/04/2026: The hotel is a bit old and dated, but nonetheless adequately equipped. But the highlight of our stay was John, the night receptionist, who welcomed us warmly, was incredibly helpful, and is genuinely kind. A huge thank you to John, who was exemplary!

30/03/2026: Friendly and very responsive staff. The room was very outdated. The first room had no water in the toilet; after informing the receptionist, I was moved to a different room, which was also outdated: a light fixture was falling off, there was no light near the closet, and no heating in the bathroom. The large bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation.

29/04/2026: Hotel Le Col de l'Ange A very pleasant and enjoyable stay in the Dracenie mountains. Panoramic view of the town. Perfect welcome and restaurant, and very affordable prices. Thank you.

13/04/2026: We selected a Logis hotel because they usually have restaurant and bar facilities open. Unfortunately we were informed these were closed so made the whole stay very difficult.

21/04/2026: Homemade, freshly prepared food! The owner expertly handles the cooking, dining room service, and bar service. He's always in good spirits and has a kind word for every customer. A very good place.

12/07/2026: We went there on July 12, 2026, to buy a baguette and a dessert. The baguette was inedible, tasteless, and hard. And the exotic baba? Don't even get me started; we threw it away because it was so inedible. Avoid this place at all costs! Don't waste your money on this place; there are so many others that deserve it!

12/07/2026: The products are truly disgusting. The almond chocolate croissants are so dry they taste like they're several days old. The Swiss rolls have a strong alcohol taste, even though this isn't mentioned anywhere. When you ask the manager why, he tells you he has to check the label because they don't make them themselves. This isn't a bakery, but simply a reseller of low-quality products. It's a disgrace, not to mention the exorbitant prices! We both got sick after eating these products (stomach pains, vomiting). It's been an hour since we ate them and we're only just starting to feel better (thankfully we threw half of them away). I strongly advise against going to this place. In any case, I'll never set foot in there again. It's a shame, it was the closest bakery!

14/07/2026: Not pleasant at all! Opening time marked 5:00 PM but refused entry until 6:00 PM.

11/07/2026: Terrible! Open at 5 pm, but you're rudely turned away and can't get in until 6 pm! They don't even let you have a drink while you wait. Avoid this place!

30/05/2026: I came today and they refused to serve me two glasses of white wine even though it was 12:20 AM and bars close at 2:00 AM, on the pretext that "we want to go home, we're closing." It's a shame because the bar is well located and there were plenty of customers.

30/05/2026: If I could give zero stars for the service, the atmosphere, and the friendliness of the staff, including the owner, I would. The bars close at 2:00 AM, and we found ourselves at 12:30 AM without drinks because they said it was quiet and they had closed the till, even though a customer had just paid their bill... very disappointed for a Friday night!

28/07/2026: Dear management, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the appalling service at your parking lot. The security guards' attitude toward drivers is becoming increasingly unacceptable. Once again, I encountered the problem of the shower and toilet being locked. Waiting for security to notice me and open the door is becoming a real ordeal. When I knocked on the security door, the guard who opened it was, unfortunately, disrespectful and rude. She opened the door with her barcode, but then closed it in my face, claiming it wasn't her job since her colleague responsible for the door was absent. This is simply absurd! I noticed that in Spain, where the same company has a similar parking lot, these problems don't exist. Why are we forced to tolerate this kind of treatment in France? I believe that measures must be taken to improve service and ensure adequate access to necessary amenities.

26/07/2026: You can get water, there's a shower and toilet, and there's internet, but it doesn't work. There are plenty of refrigeration units, so you won't get bored. Plenty of space, and everything can be washed.
