23/06/2026: Warning: This establishment is unreliable. On Monday, June 22, 2026, during my first visit, I was charged twice for my purchase. The first card machine didn't seem to be working. In a flurry of activity, they moved me to another machine, and as a result, the amount was charged twice! Furthermore, the phone number displayed on their website is incorrect; according to my phone company, it's "not assigned."

06/06/2026: Unfortunately, my experience at this tobacco shop was far from positive. The staff's attitude felt rude and unprofessional, and I did not feel treated with the respect that customers should expect.

25/04/2026: WARNING: This restaurant has been permanently closed since January 2026!!! Reservations are still possible because the booking website hasn't yet realized it's CLOSED! We were turned away, but the owner informed me and was very sorry.

22/05/2026: Horrible stay…horrible is the word. I have never, ever seen a hotel as noisy as this one. It was impossible to get any proper rest, and the soundproofing was nonexistent. The other guests had absolutely no respect for being so noisy; it was shameful. However, the location is great, with everything nearby, and the room was clean.

07/05/2026: We're in a 3-star hotel?! The rooms have been renovated, but not the toilets, which are covered in limescale. The walls aren't either; you can clearly hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms. The new heating system is very noisy for the rooms located at the entrance to the parking lot. Luckily, the receptionist is helpful. But it's not worth 3 stars.

25/05/2026: We arrived in the early afternoon intending to have a drink. We received a very poor welcome. A very unpleasant man told us to get lost. The brasseries next door were much more welcoming and seated us immediately!

24/05/2026: We sat down for a drink. Prices weren't listed, but the bill was steep: €30 for four 25cl draft beers and a 25cl Oasis. And all that without a smile...

06/08/2026: Sorry about the other reviews. I'm completely impartial, I was just passing through! The croque monsieur on brioche bread was amazing and very generous; even the dog was happy with his bowl of water, which was kindly provided. We won't forget the delicious tiramisu, the refreshing drinks, and two excellent coffees. Thank you for your hospitality, and all for €28! Oh yes! The restrooms were spotless.

21/07/2026: Simply one of the most amazing places to sit a watch Paris go by. Can get busy but that just adds to the atmosphere. Great view of Notre Dame and the Seine. Fantastic drinks at great prices. Excellent service and the food is really good.

13/07/2026: Nice atmosphere, but get your wallets ready! Here, lemon zest is clearly a luxury item at one euro per slice. You pay on arrival, you pay per slice, in short, a truly lemony experience!

25/10/2025: I had a table booked two days prior, arrived at 8 pm (the reservation time) only to find the door locked. Of course, without any prior notification. Under these circumstances, I wouldn't presume to judge the food.

14/07/2026: Since the change of ownership, it's been a disaster... They always forget the fries in the orders. We're still trying, hoping not to be disappointed... Three hamburgers, a salad, and a wrap were missing. The person on the phone was completely uncooperative, offered no apologies, and didn't offer delivery despite the order errors. We wanted to support a small business where we'd never been disappointed, rather than a McDonald's... The price we paid didn't correspond at all to the products purchased. The hamburgers were truly disappointing...

20/07/2026: We went as a family to lunch at Le Petit Puit during our visit to the medieval city of Carcassonne. I was surprised to see such poor reviews for this restaurant, as our experience was quite different. The welcome was very warm, and we chose the set menu for €15.90. Frankly, at that price, in a touristy area like this, I don't see what more people could expect. For us, it was perfectly adequate. The starter (salad with terrine or goat cheese) was nicely presented, the chicken in cream sauce with fries was simple but good, and the floating island dessert was a pleasant way to end the meal. Unpretentious, home-style cooking, but satisfying for the price.

18/07/2026: Our stay was very disappointing for several reasons. Upon arrival, we found that the cleaning hadn't been done: numerous cobwebs, dirty toilets, stained bedding; nothing was ready for us, the refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and we had to ask for sheets, toilet paper, and for the toilet to be cleaned. During the night, we were attacked and stung by hornets due to a nest located under the roof, which poses a real safety risk. Even though the cottage is located in the countryside, an inspection of the premises could have prevented this problem. The meals did not live up to the supposedly gourmet experience. In conclusion, I do not recommend this establishment.

17/07/2026: Our stay was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival, the accommodation had clearly not been properly cleaned or inspected: dust, numerous cobwebs, and a generally poor condition. The manager acknowledged that the cleaning was inadequate, even though it had supposedly been done by a professional three days prior. He even went to disinfect the toilet and apologized, offering us an aperitif. We appreciated this gesture, thinking the situation was being taken seriously. Unfortunately, as our stay progressed, we continued to discover new problems: disappointing meals despite being described as gourmet, and, most importantly, the discovery of a hornet's nest under the roof after an attack and sting. When we reported all these issues, we felt our concerns were being minimized rather than acknowledged, which was particularly disappointing. The current manager's attitude, justifying the state of his gîte by its rural location and failing to keep our half-board meal plan up to date, reinforced the impression that he was truly unsuited to managing this type of accommodation. Perhaps that's why he's putting it up for sale... we wish the new owner the best of luck in running this property as it deserves. Based on this entire experience, we cannot currently recommend this establishment.

31/07/2026: Terrible service. We arrived well before 11 p.m. They first moved us to another table because the waiter was supposedly the only one working, and then he completely disappeared for fifteen minutes. We couldn't order. Why? So that happy hour would end. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he told me I had only arrived five minutes earlier and that happy hour was now over. I disagreed, and he refused to serve us. I used to come to this bar often, but this experience was a huge disappointment. I won't be going back.
