08/07/2026: Shameful! We went here for dinner, like many tourists, without reading the reviews... to our great regret. The croque monsieur was indeed a simple open-faced sandwich, the charcuterie in the fondues wasn't very fresh, the bread was frozen and far from fresh, with lint on it, and the bottled sparkling water was served warm. The chef came out of the kitchen wearing clothes of questionable hygiene. The welcome was unpleasant when customers arrived. We stayed for 30 minutes and paid out of politeness, but this place is best avoided!

05/07/2026: Don't go in, it's not time to eat or drink. It's 11:30 am, after all! And we're not tourists. So we ate and drank elsewhere. One star for the atmosphere 🤣 and none for the food and service, which I can't judge. In short, run away!!! There are other restaurants just a few meters away that are worth a visit.

15/03/2026: A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

08/03/2026: My company rented me a triple room through Booking.com for three weekend days. My first disappointment was the long wait for the concierge, who arrived only 15 minutes after I called and texted. Furthermore, the kitchen (on the ground floor) only has one microwave, and it's located behind the bar, in a very inconvenient location. When I needed to get an invoice from the concierge the next day, I had to wait another 20 minutes... My bottom line: if possible, find another place to stay.

26/06/2026: Friday is aioli day! The cod was perfectly cooked, as were the vegetables. And the aioli sauce was delicious! 😋 The carpaccio and fries were also perfect. Ideal for lunch. Good value for money.

21/06/2026: The air conditioning is broken... I think it's been broken for a long time... frequented by a bunch of drunks... smell of all the smoking stuff in the indoor dining area... a shame because the home-style cooking is good

14/07/2026: Terrible atmosphere. It's very expensive for the quality, which isn't there; the crumbs on the chairs and tables are unnecessary.

08/07/2026: We had a very good meal as a family. The service was quick and the staff friendly. It was slightly noisy because of the children playing around the aquarium near the restaurant. The price was reasonable, except perhaps for the bottled water… especially during a heatwave.

26/06/2026: Someone seated us, but no one came to take our order after 20 minutes. They explained they were understaffed, yet they were still seating new customers… We ultimately didn't stay; the service was truly appalling. Avoid this restaurant.

04/07/2026: Please note that credit cards are not accepted for purchases under €10. The staff has marked it, but the small sign is hidden by another sign, so it's not visible – very disappointing!

20/06/2026: After our visit to this establishment, I can only give it a disastrous rating. I ordered a peach diabolo (a type of soft drink), which was served in a nearly empty bottle, and all for €2.50. My wife ordered an Orangina and received a dirty glass with a disgusting slice of orange. They would have been better off not putting anything in it at all. 🤮

25/08/2024: Que dire de l’attente pour une gauffre et une boule de glace (40 minutes pour la gauffre)… Un serveur mal aimable qui ne dit ni bonjour ni bienvenu. Heureusement que la serveuse est agréable et souriante :). Ne parlons pas de la gérante qui est la plus mal aimable et impolie du monde. Une belle crêperie grâce aux anciens propriétaires mais qui devient mauvaise et dont la qualité de service devient déplorable….. A EVITER.

08/08/2024: Mais quel dommage que la responsable ou proprietaire..soit si mal aimable avec les clients c est terrible de mal parler aux clients et elle est irrespectueuse aussi vis a vis de son personnel! Je les plainds!!!! Manquerait plus qu une badine!!!Elle devrait changer de metier!!! Sinon les crepes etaient bonnes.

19/04/2026: Great service, waiters absolutley entertaining, brilliant humour. A Paris treasure. Inexpensive value menu du jour under 20€. Good wines under 30€ a bottle.

28/06/2026: A huge disappointment. The sandwiches were sloppy, haphazardly prepared, and lacked any effort or care. It felt like they were just rushing to get the orders out. The crème brûlée was decent, which is the only positive thing I can say. However, considering the poor quality of the sandwiches, I would definitely not choose to eat here again.

06/06/2026: Unfriendly, waffle and pancake tasteless, not much space

15/01/2026: Quite disappointed, not to say totally. Having come regularly for a few years before the opening of its direct competitor (Sch...) a few meters away, it seems to me that no improvements have been made: No friendly welcome, no smiles, dirty outdoor tables and frangipane at €14.90, really not great.

23/12/2025: I often get my various sandwiches, bread, and pastries there... A real treat, plus the staff are very friendly, which is why I'm a regular.

12/07/2026: One of the waitresses was incredibly arrogant, cold, and aggressive, as if we owed her money. Even though the restaurant was empty, she insisted we sit next to each other. She kept repeating that the restaurant would fill up later. We had already finished eating and we don't understand why we had such an unpleasant waitress.

09/07/2026: The food was bland, the noodles had no flavor, and the dumplings had too little chicken, but the taste was acceptable.

04/02/2026: It had been a long time since I'd had such a terrible night. Room 43. I spent the night with ALL the traffic noise from the road below. The TV channels (digital terrestrial) weren't even up to date, and the bathroom heating didn't work. The bedding and laundry service, however, were decent. 110 euros for this is way too expensive.

30/12/2025: I wouldn't go back there; the current manager's welcome is aggressive.

05/08/2026: I just stopped my bike in front of the restaurant, on the street, and the waiter on the terrace started yelling at me and threatening me in front of all the other customers, demanding that I move my bike because he didn't want it parked in front of his restaurant. I explained that I had already locked it and that I had to pay to unlock it, but he continued to be aggressive and yell at me. He was so angry that I was afraid he was going to hit me. So I left, but he followed me to the door of the hotel next door. A man with absolutely no manners, so ill-mannered that he shouldn't be working in contact with customers. It's a disgrace for a Parisian establishment. It doesn't surprise me that this restaurant has such a bad rating. What a shame to have such an abusive and unpleasant staff. If this restaurant keeps people like him, it deserves its terrible reputation. I would never choose to spend my money at that restaurant. However, the Terminus Nord Restaurant next door is classy and has excellent customer service. If you're reading my review, go to Terminus Nord. Goodbye!

05/08/2026: Waiter refusing to show menus, taking the order without informing about the price. In the end, I was charged 14€ for a pint of lager beer : two times more expensive than the usual price in any other bar
