28/02/2026: I had the Beef Bourguignon. First of all, the service was impeccable, perfectly balancing politeness and friendliness. (It felt like I was in Paris.) I gave the restaurant high marks for their friendly service, but the food was disappointing. First of all, the beef Bourguignon was cooked perfectly, so tender it fell apart with a simple press of a spoon. However, aside from the meat, the vegetables were under-braised and undercooked, and the sauce was watery. It was a half-baked Bourguignon. However, since the other dishes have good reviews, I recommend trying other dishes.

25/01/2026: We had their duck breast and profiteroles for dessert. The duck breast was perfectly cooked, and the vegetable side dish was very good. The cuisine is simple, which is exactly what you'd expect. Fresh ingredients, simply prepared, but with skill. It was very good.

04/02/2026: Sunday evening dinner for two. The meal was excellent, very refined, and sophisticated. The food was impeccable. Well done! A point for improvement: the wait was a bit too long (an hour's wait for the starter) and the wine list by the glass (one Ardèche wine and one Ventoux wine) needs revising (the wines were quite average...). We would have liked to see more local wines by the glass. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant time. Thank you again.

13/02/2026: A wonderful discovery. Warm welcome and atmosphere. Excellent food and wine. The only slight drawback was the lemon tart, which was overcooked, but still delicious. I will definitely be back.

02/03/2026: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 for the food, 🏅🥇 for… the waiter's Olympic-level performance. The dishes? Divine, a true delight for the taste buds. The waiter, on the other hand, deserves a gold medal in several disciplines: javelin throwing of cutlery, sprinting to avoid serving coffee, and slalom between tables with unparalleled skill. Bonus: his personal hygiene was worthy of a top athlete living in an Airbnb without a shower for a week – an olfactory experience that will remain etched in our memories. When we ordered coffee, he performed his specialty: the artistic refusal, a personal record for stylishly brushing us off. In short: gastronomy worthy of a Michelin-starred chef, and top-level service. Prepare your nerves, your sense of humor… and your takeaway coffees!

11/02/2026: A disappointing meal this winter: the starter was simply bad, it tasted like undercooked frozen food, which is strange given the restaurant's reputation (I informed them). The main course was okay, but nothing special. Overall, very expensive for what it was.

08/02/2026: A restaurant with a chic, cozy appearance, but the tables are very close together, offering no privacy. The decor is impressive, but the value for money is disappointing. We did eat well, yes, but it wasn't haute cuisine, and the price wasn't justified! We felt a bit ripped off. I don't think we'll be going back. The waiters were friendly, though.

17/02/2026: I had the opportunity to book Bieristan for a wedding reception. The welcome, service, and food were incredible. The evening's organization was seamless, guests were served promptly, the atmosphere was festive, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The venue also offers access to a projector, microphones, and optional entertainment (karaoke, for example). The tarte flambée is excellent (and I'm from Alsace, so that says a lot). The wide selection of beers was also a hit with the guests. Beyond this one event, it's a bar that has never disappointed me in my previous experiences. 5/5

08/02/2026: When you dare to sell a cheese plate, the least you can do is put some cheese on it. I pay €14 for this when there's more to eat at the food bank. It's a disgrace!

30/10/2025: Visited as a family during the All Saints' Day holiday. The setting and atmosphere weren't great, but the waiter was quite efficient. The main drawback was the food, which wasn't to our taste... the fish soup was too salty, served with stale bread instead of croutons, and the rouille was bland. The red mullet fillet was unseasoned and served with lukewarm mashed potatoes, all swimming in oil... On the other hand, the children's menu was a hit. Very mixed feelings.

17/02/2026: A truly authentic Korean restaurant in the heart of Paris. The dishes are genuine and absolutely delicious. The service is quick and efficient. There's an upstairs area with several tables. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. Unbeatable value for money (set menu at €15).

24/02/2026: We ordered the €12.50 set menu and the traditional burger. The chicken was overcooked and the potatoes weren't hot enough. The burger was dry, the cheese barely melted, but the meat was good. The waitress was friendly and quick.
