24/09/2026: A true escape to Gascony Lou Tiap was a wonderful discovery. People come here for the Gascon specialties, but the menu isn't limited to them, also featuring some more unexpected items. I chose the set menu and, above all, a memorable, generous cassoulet with several meats and a genuine Toulouse sausage. I thought I knew cassoulet, but this one truly made me rediscover the dish. The set menu was very well balanced, with a light starter and a simple yet delicious dessert featuring vanilla ice cream and prunes. The service is attentive, the prices are reasonable, and above all, the place exudes a real authenticity. More than just a good meal, I felt like I was taking a little trip to Gascony. An experience you don't often find.

05/09/2026: How can I put it… a restaurant where life is good, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere… You're greeted with genuine pleasure, and the cassoulet is absolutely delicious… The owner is incredibly kind, and her husband Olivier works in the kitchen to ensure your stomach is well taken care of… The wines are excellent and reasonably priced. You can't go wrong if you find yourself near Porte de Bagnolet looking to enjoy a good Southwestern specialty; this small, family-run restaurant will delight you… Highly recommended!

The delicate Asian influences provide a constantly renewed delight. Thimothé's service is impeccable, elevating the dishes with remarkably precise and original wine pairings. A must-visit in Tarbes and the surrounding area.

14/09/2026: A Montmartre neighborhood bistro, very well located, very understated and welcoming. I had the eggs mayonnaise, a must-try. Very good, although they could have used a piping bag to make them look nicer, but otherwise it was fine, the mayonnaise was definitely there. The eggs were a little overcooked with a grayish coating. Afterwards, I had the roast beef. The service is very good and friendly, but you shouldn't be in a hurry. However, it's worth noting that when I went, it was very busy with vacationers, so we can be lenient, especially considering the limited seating. The value for money for the food and everything else (service, wait time, seating, etc.) is good. I recommend it. I will return. One small problem, which I hope won't last: the restrooms were out of soap. So, we ended up with a myriad of filled Metro bottles and wrappers serving as soap dispensers. It's functional, but not very attractive and a bit annoying, I must admit.

28/08/2026: Great place to eat Savoyard specialties! Very nice setting and good value for money. However, they don't answer the phone, require a deposit to book online, and some staff members are less welcoming than others.

27/08/2026: This restaurant is very pleasant with a beautiful interior and a lovely terrace. The produce is fresh and sourced from local farms, with cows grazing in the high mountain pastures. The dishes are generous and tasty, although the prices of the fondues and desserts are a bit high.

A wide selection of local specialties made with the finest local products. The service and welcome are as exceptional as the establishment itself. The decor is stylish, the dining rooms are pleasant, and there's a terrace for sunny summer or autumn days, surrounded by pastures. The view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning. A carefully curated menu, quality ingredients, and generous portions. Come and share with friends or family for any occasion. Children are, of course, welcome and even pampered! A delight. Treat yourself to a truffade! And try the incredible homemade crêpes!

26/09/2026: A Saturday lunchtime. Very cold welcome. Delicious but very expensive dishes. The location is magnificent with a view of the mountains. Remember to bring your own water bottle. €70 for two courses and two drinks… enough said.
