27/09/2026: Fabulous! We received a very warm welcome. The meal was exceptional from start to finish, as was the service, and the atmosphere was lovely. We ate on the shaded outdoor terrace and will gladly return.

05/09/2026: From my point of view, this restaurant ticks all the boxes: 1) The service was top-notch: smiles and friendliness. When you're hesitating between two wines or unfamiliar with them, they offer you a taste. If you only order one glass, it's served at your table. 2) The concept is brilliant: each dish comes in two "sizes": gourmet and gourmand. Even the smaller portions are very generous. And when you can't decide between two dishes, there's no need to choose: just order one of each! 😀 3) The menu changes monthly, respecting seasonal produce. 4) The dishes appear traditional but ultimately have a touch of originality and creativity. 5) It's incredibly delicious. 6) The price is very reasonable. 7) The setting is both understated and cozy. A great find! And kudos to the team!

05/05/2026: A superb place. We returned to this restaurant two years in a row, and both times we were greeted by Sarah, who was always smiling and attentive. Her professionalism was remarkable. Beyond the delicious raclette we enjoyed, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We hope to return again next year!

05/05/2026: We had a wonderful experience at Chez Augustine; the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We had the opportunity to try their specialties last year, and they were delicious. This year we sampled dishes from the new menu, and the beef cheek was excellent! The service is welcoming, attentive, and professional. We can't wait to return!

08/09/2026: We came to visit Bayonne and stopped at Maison Lascaray for a quick lunch. The welcome was so warm that we lingered much longer than planned to enjoy the smile and kind, friendly words of the waitress/saleswoman! This woman is a natural; she puts her heart into it, and it shows! The sandwiches and pastries were excellent. I'll come back to Bayonne just for this bakery. Thank you!

18/09/2026: We enjoyed the meal: Caesar salad and ribeye steak for him, and for me, a poached egg, artichoke (starter) and lamb shank with vegetables and mashed potatoes. And let's not forget dessert: "Le Bon Jeune Homme," a very light dessert.

I had the pastrami sandwich and everything was perfect: from the bread to the filling, and even the cooking. 🥪 The price of €13 might seem a bit high at first glance, but the quality and quantity of the ingredients are definitely there. A generous and truly delicious sandwich. I highly recommend it!

21/08/2026: Zinzin offers excellent sandwiches with the option of click & collect. The pastrami sandwich is a real treat. It's not cheap, but the quality and quantity are definitely there!
