14/09/2025: Thank you for this wonderful time. 6 adults, 2 children, and a one-year-old daughter, everything was perfect. The restaurant is ideal for fairy meals. Excellent meal overall, special mention for the desserts (we were less fond of the rather dry pollock). Everything is homemade and made with love, and it shows, thank you. The little games outside for the children were heaven. The wait staff are friendly and cheerful, it's really nice. Thank you for the ravioli gratin for the children; they finished everything off. It's nice to have other options than the traditional fries for the little ones. One small criticism? Grandpa's Yorkshire Terrier could have been discreetly hidden under the table; luckily the sun wasn't out so we could leave it in the car 😉

11/12/2024: I finally had the opportunity to go to the cottage. This upscale restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience. The setting is refined, the service impeccable, and each dish demonstrates remarkable technical mastery and creativity. Products of impeccable quality are enhanced by bold and perfectly balanced flavor combinations. Special mention to the truffle linguine An essential address for lovers of gastronomy and refinement. 01/12/2024: Beautiful day with the family, beautiful cottage, the dishes lack a little more finesse I think, there is still a little effort to be made to be up to the standard of a gastro, but in any case we ate well there!! See you soon

16/09/2024: A superb evening in a dream setting. The restaurant is ideally located in the historic city with the magnificent ramparts as a backdrop. We had a flawless meal from start to finish. Impeccable service with attentive staff, present but discreet. Each dish more tempting than the last. The only thing to improve is the exterior signage of the restaurant, we did not immediately understand that it was located in the city hotel.

15/09/2024: Always a wonderful experience, each time I visit Carcassonne I make sure to book in for lunch. This time I treated myself to dinner, which was as expected, magical dining.

The restaurant is consistently mentioned in Michelin, which speaks for itself. In the evening, a three-course menu for 45.00 euros, an absolutely reasonable price. Be sure to reserve!

12/11/2024: Excellent restaurant. Rapport qualité/prix parfait. C'est la patronne qui cuisine et ce sont des petits plats mijotés, d'autres de découverte, qui laisse le palais voyager dans cette douceur provençale. Et que dire des desserts, hummmm Le cadre est charmant et l'acceuil des plus sympathique. Nous avons découvert ce restaurant par hazard un midi en flanant dans le vieux Gréoux les bains. Allez y en toute confiance. Réserver est préférable tellement le bouche à oreille fonctionne pour cet excellent restaurant. Bon appetit.
