I always order the same drink, and I never get tired of it because it's so delicious and carefully prepared. The staff is lovely, always smiling, and they apologize for the slight wait, which is a gesture I particularly appreciate. I'll be back as soon as I can!

02/09/2026: The mocha is truly delicious. I often come here for a drink in my free time. The atmosphere of the shop is really pleasant; it makes you truly appreciate the moment and awakens your taste buds with the drinks and desserts on offer. Delicious, and I highly recommend it!

06/09/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant on Saturday evening; there were five of us. The welcome was warm, the place pleasant, and the food excellent and plentiful. The ingredients were fresh and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and smiling. It's refreshing to see restaurants still using fresh, local produce and not frozen products like so many in Capbreton. Thank you!

02/09/2026: A rather memorable experience, but unfortunately not for the right reasons. The rice was probably the worst I've ever eaten in a restaurant: the texture and taste of a reheated Uncle Ben's bag, and even then, I think Uncle Ben's would have won the comparison. We both had piperade as a side dish. Mine was okay; my partner's was practically inedible, it was so peppery. We're still trying to understand how two piperades served at the same table could have such radically different seasonings. The grilled albacore tuna, which I was particularly looking forward to, was far too overcooked and so dry that you almost needed the side dish to be able to swallow it. For the starter, the salad was advertised with gizzards and smoked duck breast. You clearly had to look closely to see the duck breast: a half-slice, about 2 cm thick, seemed to constitute the entire portion. More of an afterthought than an ingredient. But the real highlight of the experience was the service. The young waitress was particularly unpleasant: constant sighing, not a single polite word, and we even overheard her speaking rudely to the next table simply because the customers were asking for more cutlery. We almost felt like we were intruding on her presence. In short, between the makeshift rice, the piperade's Russian roulette, the dried-out tuna, the limited-edition duck breast, and the warm welcome of a prison guard, it's hard to recommend the experience. Once was enough for us.

03/08/2026: Stepping through the front door is like leaving Maryse Condé airport, the music, the atmosphere, the smells of the food, the flavors, very good from the black pudding as a starter to the torment d'amour for dessert, not forgetting the superb colombo.

26/09/2026: Everyone assumes Petrossian is out of their league. It isn't. I've been going for years, for business dinners and for quiet evenings with my husband. The caviar is among the best in Paris. If you want a first real caviar experience, this is where to have it. The late-night ritual is the one to know: an iced flute of vodka from their list, blinis or potatoes with housemade creme frache to accompany their wonderful caviar. And ask for Pauline. She's been there for years and she's the reason the evening feels effortless. This is a place we always go back to whenever we are in Paris for an exclusive experience, check out more the 7th.
