05/10/2026: A hidden gem. An authentic duck confit restaurant. It tastes better than famous restaurants. It seems to have been properly slow-cooked. The most delicious duck confit I had during my week-long trip to Paris. Please, please try it. It is tender and the herbal aroma is superb.

01/10/2026: Lovely restaurant with cool atmosphere and friendly staff. We booked a table on The Fork and ordered a la carte but they also have an option for a set menu for €25, three courses, which is unheard of! The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend the braised beef and creme brulee.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, especially the homemade cocktails. (Don't hesitate to ask for the recipe.) Coloring materials and crayons are available for children to keep them entertained.

24/09/2026: Why two stars for service when the staff was perfectly adequate? Because the waitress only showed us the engraved board with the €45 set menu and the à la carte menu, while there was a chalkboard with a much cheaper option (which was clearly a hit with the regulars around us). We were just passing through... So we opted for the €45 set menu, which boasted homemade cuisine with local produce, etc. We figured that since we were paying a lot, we were going to enjoy a delicious meal. Big mistake! The chef must have been having some issues that day (or I beg you, change chefs if you insist on offering €45 set menus) because for me, absolutely nothing was good. The burrata and tomato salad wasn't seasoned; I had to ask for salt and pepper to get any flavor at all. The pork was inedible, so dry, and the ratatouille was so bland you'd have to be absolutely starving to eat it—I left a good half of my plate. I ordered sorbet for dessert, thinking that at least... I got two measly scoops, and it wasn't the kind of ice cream you actually enjoy. The industrial whipped cream on top was also unpleasant. In short, a disaster. We were furious that we'd paid 45 euros for this. I mentioned it to the waitress, who said she'd inform the chef. But the chef didn't bother to do anything about it. My partner enjoyed his dessert, but otherwise, he was just as furious. Paying 100 euros for this? No way! I don't like giving negative reviews, but this was simply unacceptable. So, if they only offer you the €45 menu (or the à la carte menu but not the daily specials board), run away!

12/09/2026: Very authentic and delicious food, nice service even though they don’t speak English. Water and bread are free of charge. Absolutely recommend it.

03/09/2026: First visit today! The service was incredibly pleasant and attentive! It's super fast and the products are high quality, you can tell. I had a ham and butter sandwich and it was excellent! If I had to suggest any improvements, I'd like a slightly larger, more generously filled baguette, and most importantly, a crispier one! It wasn't soggy, don't worry! 4.75/5 I'll be back to give it another try!

12/09/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant; it's excellent value for money. The waiter, JB, is fantastic; he knows his stuff perfectly and presents the dishes beautifully with helpful advice. The food arrives hot, cooked exactly as ordered, and beautifully presented. Never disappointed, it's a restaurant where you'll enjoy having lunch.

10/09/2026: A warm welcome awaited us in this stylish, eatery. Limited menu but tasty food. The only thing I would change is the size of the tartare- too large and too finely chopped. Flavour was good though. Perfect service. THE cleanest restaurant I've had the pleasure to eat at.

21/09/2026: There were about thirty of us for my sister's birthday, and everything was perfect from start to finish. I chose the excellent pastry crust, the meaty frogs' legs with fries, the fromage blanc, and the chocolate and raspberry cakes were delicious. All served by Stessy in a lovely setting for this family meal. I was so pleased that I'm coming back on Wednesday, with some friends this time!

10/09/2026: Wow, wow, wow. I was traveling alone through France and was looking for a quiet spot to enjoy a glass of wine. Pierre gave me a super friendly welcome, helped me fantastically with my choice, gave a very interesting explanation, and we had a super pleasant conversation. The wine and snacks were also top-notch. My visit to Une Note de Vin was definitely the highlight of my visit to Nevers.

16/09/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An extraordinary experience, a heritage to preserve ❤️ I found a video of our visit, and it made me want to share this wonderful experience again. This crêperie is located in a former water tower. You have to climb many stairs—I don't remember the exact number—but once you reach the top, the view is absolutely magnificent. It's truly an extraordinary place. And the crêpes… a real treat! 🥞 They were excellent, and the setting makes the experience even more special. I learned that the place will be closing temporarily, and that there might be a possibility of permanent closure. I don't know exactly what the situation is, but I sincerely hope that this place will be able to continue to thrive. It would be such a shame to lose such an original, beautiful, and charming place. This is a heritage site that deserves to be preserved and remain accessible to the public. Thank you to the team for this wonderful discovery. I have excellent memories of this visit, and I hope to return someday. ❤️
