16/05/2026: one of the less traditional meals we had on our trip to paris, and absolutely in a good way. after several rich and heavy meals, it was refreshing to enjoy a lighter, ingredients-forward menu that felt more modern in flavor and presentation. this was also reflected in the buzzy and lively dining room, as well as a more casual, but no less attentive, service staff. my only wish is that portions were a touch bigger!

14/05/2026: We spent five days in Paris and had dinner at this restaurant on a Thursday. The menu was rather limited. We were going to order the tasting menu, but we noticed that the meat dishes were all pigeon. We hate pigeon. Fortunately, our waiter, Germán, a true professional, attentive and observant, guided us in choosing dishes we could enjoy. The ambiance and the restaurant itself, like all restaurants in Paris, as you know, don't live up to the price. Small tables, very close together, with little to no linens and poor-quality cutlery and glasses... typical of Paris and most of France. Without a doubt, the most valuable thing about the restaurant was our waiter, Germán, a Peruvian who has lived in Paris for many years. He knew how to guide us and make dinner a truly special experience.
