29/05/2026: I went to this bouchon twice, and both times were fantastic. The food is very good, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. Probably my favorite bouchon in Lyon.

28/05/2026: Another lunch at this traditional bistro. Once again, a very warm welcome. We were immediately offered a homemade aperitif, very refreshing, perfect in this heat! The daily special was also very good. I'll be back very soon with friends for dinner. Thank you

18/04/2026: It had been a few years since our last visit. There's been a change of ownership since then. The meal was very good overall, although the slow-cooked rabbit was overcooked. The local spritz with sparkling Saint-Savin wine, however, wasn't great (too bland). The waiter is still the same, very friendly and pleasant (a little wink to him). We'll definitely be back.

07/04/2026: A wonderful restaurant with a very warm welcome. We were delighted to see our waiter Pierre again, who always had a smile on his face. He gave excellent wine recommendations, asking about our budget, and described the dishes with a charming, sing-song manner. The dishes were full of flavor and beautifully presented.

31/03/2026: I've been to Wadja several times now and the food is always amazing, the service on point and the owner knows exactly what he's doing. So, if you have someone you want to impress and show proper Parisian quality food, service and atmosphere, this is the perfect spot for you.

27/03/2026: Creative cuisine of a very high standard. It's fresh, sophisticated without being complicated, and perfectly prepared. The service is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The place is very pleasant, the decor simple, soft, and soothing to the eye. Two (minor) drawbacks: 1. The soundproofing could be improved: the noise level rises quickly as soon as some tables start playing loudly. The place seems popular with foreigners, and some nationalities don't necessarily share our customs. 2. The wines by the glass: the selection is excellent, but we would have liked a bit more in the glass... But in summary: an EXCELLENT place that is well worth the detour. We will most certainly return.

21/05/2026: This restaurant stole €300 from us. We booked a reservation and we showed up however we got charged €150 per person no-show fee, on top of the meal that we paid for. We have been working with Amex to get this resolved for the past two months. The restaurant is lying about the nature of this charge. Do not trust this restaurant with your credit card on file.

05/05/2026: Very disappointing experience. We attended our reservation at Soucoupe, dined at the restaurant, and paid for our meal. Despite that, we were incorrectly charged a no-show fee afterward. When we contacted the restaurant, they acknowledged the issue and told us they would refund the charge. They never did. I then opened a dispute with Amex, and the restaurant claimed we were a no-show, which is completely false. Mistakes happen, but charging a no-show fee to customers who were physically there, promising a refund, failing to process it, and then misrepresenting the situation to a credit card company is unacceptable. I would not trust this restaurant with a reservation or card on file.

07/06/2026: A very mixed review. Ultimately, there's very little variety in the cuisine and flavors. You end up with several types of meat to grill, but only one sauce that makes everything taste the same. The side dishes (rice and vegetables) are uninspired. There are a few dishes that add some diversity, but they're far too few. All this, combined with a price of €45 per person without wine... On the other hand, the meats are really good and everything is super fresh. The service was very pleasant.

04/04/2026: The restaurant is very good, but on our last visit, I was very disappointed by their policy regarding the petit fours at the end of the meal, which are not served unless you order coffee. I had already tried their coffee twice and it wasn't good, so I didn't repeat the experience. As a result, I no longer go there, even though it used to be a restaurant I enjoyed eating at.

30/03/2026: The food and service were very good, but our dinner was ruined by the cold in the restaurant. We asked for the fireplace to be lit to warm the room, and the waiter replied, "I wasn't authorized."
