16/12/2024: This was the only restaurant I went to in my short one night trip to Paris and it did not disappoint one bit. The food was great (the duck was delicious), we had a very kind waiter, who explained the dishes as we needed to understand and the atmosphere was relaxing and mellow. Considering the fact that it's smack in the center of Paris with maybe a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel tower it was not that expensive. We ended up paying about 150 euros for a party of three, BUT we had aperitifs, main courses, a bottle of wine and two additional wine carafes (it was a celebration, don't judge 😀). All in all it was a great dinner at a fair price. Would definitely return and definitely recommend!

04/04/2025: Un petit restaurant bien placé avec stationnement facile, l'accueil est vraiment chaleureux et souriant, le cadre et l'atmosphère sont bien agréables. Cuisine du terroir très bien réalisée et suffisamment copieuse, même les desserts sont excellents à l'image de la tarte au citron. Une chouette adresse avec un rapport qualité-prix au top.

13/09/2024: C’est notre deuxième visite et nous sommes ravis de ce restaurant . La déco est sympa, le service est sympathique et professionnel, la cuisine goûteuse, une très bonne adresse sur l’île d’Oléron . Réservez c’est indispensable !

13/12/2024: Nous y venons une fois tous les deux mois à peu près. SPA: Nous avons profité du SPA le 12.12.2024 courant la matinée. L'accueil par le personnel était très aimable. Le sauna et le jacuzzi étaient hors fonction. Dommage! La température de l'hammam avait atteint un niveau agréable que vers 11H. (nous donnons 3 étoiles sur 5 à cause de problèmes techniques). Restaurant/ cuisine: Le niveau de la cuisine et le service/ personnel ont été parfait cette fois ci (nous donnons 5 étoiles sur 5).

08/12/2024: Bel étalissement, beau cadre dans lequel on a passé un bon moment en famille. Belle diversité des plats de l'entrée au dessert. Mais, on aurait apprécié avoir plus de choix dans les salades et, au moment de Noel, manger un peu de foie gras. Personnel un peu distant.

08/09/2024: I had heard about this restaurant for a long time without ever having been there except on this day of September 8. The welcome was, like everything else, extraordinary. First of all, the place where the inn is located, almost deserted, lined with old chestnut trees with a breathtaking view of the valleys of this very beautiful Castagniccia. The boss, also a "chef" and alone in the kitchen, cooks "old-style" and "nustral" dishes that we tasted with passion. The service matches some “starred” ones. In conclusion everything was excellent without any surprises for the bill. To recommend. We will come back to taste other specialties. Thanks to Paul and his team.u7

09/12/2025: Hello, I'm a truck driver. I arrived at lunchtime to find an empty parking lot. Someone approached me and told me I had to park on the other side in another lot so I wouldn't be blocked in with the cars and vans. So, I'm telling you, if you don't want truck drivers in your restaurant at lunchtime anymore, that's fine. Don't neglect them. I wasn't happy about having to park in the other lot, so I left. You're not getting my money, sorry, I don't agree. 😡 Good luck with everything.

21/12/2024: Le restaurant est parfait, niveau cadre, ambiance, mets. Le personnel est charmant, les mets succulents, les vins proposés excellents. Je recommande .

08/12/2024: Deuxième expérience chez Anne de Bretagne, et encore un grand moment. Je pense que le contenu de l'assiette vaut les 3 étoiles, et un bon 18/20 Gault et Millau. Le service est parfait, grande gentillesse, pas d'obséquiosité excessive, tout est fait pour prendre un plaisir maximum (par exemple le choix des amuse-bouches). Le chef maitrise parfaitement les produits de la mer, et les met superbement en valeur. Une grande réussite du début à la fin du repas. Seul bémol, le prix excessif des vins au verre (c'est presque du Gros-Plant au prix du Montrachet...) ; mais comme nous étions déçus par un premier vin, le sommelier nous l'a remplacé sans aucune difficulté et sans supplément... On reviendra dès que possible !

23/11/2025: It's indecent to refuse someone who doesn't eat meat at a group meal, for example by not offering them fish; it's particularly disrespectful. Everyone is different, and if someone doesn't eat meat for various but important reasons, that deserves respect! A little flexibility is the bare minimum...
