25/08/2024: Good food and a very nice wine list with fantastic champagnes.
We will go back to drink champagne again and because the food is just good, no punishment.
We did spend more due to the exclusive champagne (Dehours Maisoncelle Perpetuelle 2021), but otherwise you can get it for Euro 50 pp.
If you don't feel like champagne, there are also coteaux de champagne on the menu. That is normal wine from the same region. We also drank a gem of that. Another Dehours.

14/09/2024: Une ambiance zen. On se laisse dorloter. Les plats sont magnifiques et exquis. L'équipe très professionnelle. La visite de la cuisine et de la brigade avec dégustation de génisse charolaise un plus. Et le chef qui vous accueille et qui revient vous voir après le repas.

24/11/2024: Suite à une recommandation d'un couple d'amis ,nous franchissons le pas ce week-end avec eux . Une rencontre formidable avec ce super couple Nath et Alex. Un accueil remarquable ,à l'écoute avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Leurs spécialités suisse sont vraiment excellentes à découvrir. Nous allons leurs faire de la pub car c'est vraiment un endroit et des personnes à recommander les yeux fermés . Bonne continuation à eux dans leurs projet .

06/09/2024: Everything perfect, impossible to find a flaw from the kind and professional service to the quality of the dishes. It is one of the best Michelin-starred dishes, the dishes are taken care of in every detail and you wake up satisfied, full but not weighed down. The dessert is amazing, considering that in my opinion it usually remains the weak point of many gourmet restaurants. Mandatory stop for lovers of gourmet and non-gourmet cuisine. Well done.

Une terasse exceptionnelle des plats exquis ( gambas snake ou le bœuf) un souffle en dessert qu’on oublie pas et des conseils sur le vin qui nous ont valu une tres bonne dégustation

Alors je ne parle même pas du repas qui était juste parfait. La qualité et la quantité sont au rendez vous.
Tout est fait maison ce qui est de plus en plus rare de nos jours.

01/04/2024: Première expérience dans ce restaurant au milieu d’un écrin de verdure ( nombreuses baies vitrées qui donnent sur le golf de brigode ). Menu raffiné à 34 euros ( entrée , plat et dessert) . Tout est fait maison avec des produits frais et cela se sent. Mention spéciale pour le gigot d’agneau confit qui fondait en bouche. La mousse au chocolat était un délice. Pour parfaire cette expérience il manque juste du pain à la hauteur du reste de la cuisine ( la baguette était fraîche mais classique ). Le serveur est très agréable et réactif. À renouveler dès les beaux jours pour profiter de leur très belle terrasse.
