14/02/2026: My partner and I spent Valentine's Day at Phan Brignoles. It was fantastic. He was very friendly. And as a cook myself, I have nothing to complain about. We had a wonderful meal. I highly recommend it.

17/01/2026: A touch of exoticism and authenticity in Brignoles. This isn't a tourist trap. It's a culinary journey. The welcome was warm and friendly. We enjoyed chicken Mi Xao, fresh pineapple dessert, red wine from the Var region (yes, really!), and excellent coffee. We'll be back to try other delicious dishes.

13/11/2025: There's always a place at a table to eat, no matter the time, and the food is always excellent. And what can I say about the service? Laurence is a sweetheart! If all restaurants had this energy and kindness, Kitchen Nightmares wouldn't exist. Thank you again for all the wonderful moments we shared. See you soon!

26/10/2025: It's everything we love. We stopped by chance on a Sunday and chance did things well. Great welcome. Good atmosphere. It's very warm. The menu isn't very extensive, but everything is homemade. It's traditional. And that's what we like. I had the chicken supreme with yellow wine and morels, and my husband had the calf's head. There was nothing left on our plates. It was very good. Little touches while waiting for the main course. The prices were so reasonable. It felt good, there aren't many real restaurants like this left. Bravo to you. A favorite.

04/02/2026: What a delightful surprise to have Italy come to the Basque Country! The small shop selling fresh Italian products tempts our taste buds before we even sit down to eat. The lunch menu—starter, main course, dessert—is entirely made on-site with fresh ingredients and a little gem. You can go there without hesitation, although it's best to keep your eyes open to easily find your table.

The setting is full of charm, typically warm and welcoming, perfect for sharing a good meal in a friendly atmosphere. The service is attentive, friendly, and very professional. The dishes are generous, tasty, and prepared with quality products—true local cuisine, just the way we like it! An inn well worth the detour: authenticity, deliciousness, and good humor are all there. We will definitely return! The owner is very business-oriented; congratulations on your professionalism. 30/01/2026: A delightful discovery. We were passing by, and the menu looked appealing, so we stopped in. We weren't disappointed. Starter, main course, and dessert for €26. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and the waiter provided excellent explanations of the dishes. Don't be afraid to go in; you won't be disappointed.

20/01/2026: I knew Clos d'Augusta, and of course, I followed the owners' lead with this reimagining as Comptoir d'Augusta. The excellence is maintained with a more contemporary yet cozy setting. The value for money is unbeatable! A complete, gourmet-level lunch for under €30! An address to add to your favorites, without a doubt. Well done on the transition! 👏👏👏

27/02/2026: A truly special moment. Everything was perfect: the room, our dinner at the counter, and the spa treatment. Special mention for the staff's kindness and attentiveness.

25/02/2026: What can I say about this magical moment with my best friend at La Butte, enhanced by a thoughtful, warm, and professional welcome, a divine massage with incredibly kind and skilled professionals in a soothing and relaxing haven. The dinners at Le Comptoir were also excellent, featuring local products, as was the breakfast. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful interlude and for allowing us to spend ten days there in such a peaceful and serene way. I won't wait ten years to return, and I arrived home safely (the reception staff will understand).

25/02/2026: Tried it last weekend, very good restaurant. The portion was very substantial (especially the "all duck" dish with a truly delicious leg), cooked perfectly, and the side dishes were also very good. I recommend it.

08/03/2026: Having recently had surgery, I can't stand, and the tickets were already booked... we asked if there was a possibility of being seated, and as soon as I arrived, a very kind gentleman escorted me and brought me something to sit on. Furthermore, the venue is really great. I had a wonderful evening. Thank you!

10/03/2026: This was our second time at this establishment. We returned because our first experience had been positive—the food and service were excellent. However, this time, a gray-haired gentleman managed to ruin the meal with his exemplary rudeness. Not a smile, our order was taken hastily, in short, we almost felt like we were bothering them. Well done, sir, you've lost two customers. It's a shame because the food served is more than adequate, and the setting is pleasant. When a job no longer suits us, we change careers.

26/02/2026: It's not easy to find a restaurant open during the off-season on the island, especially on weekdays. We went there by default, and we have no regrets. I was alone with my three children. The welcome was very warm, and the service impeccable and efficient. The children's menu was a big hit, and the beef tartare was excellent. I recommend it and will gladly return.
