19/09/2024: Nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant début septembre, notre choix a été moules frites et dessert une mousse au chocolat noir, un repas excellent la mousse était peu sucrée comme on l’aime un vrai délice. Accueil et service super et sans parler du patron qui est très sympathique. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Si vous êtes de passage du coté de la Faute je vous recommande ce lieu, attention il faut réserver. Serge

15/09/2024: Nous recommandons le menu a 28 euros . Un super repas , je classe ce restaurant en priorité . Un des meilleurs sur la Faute sur mer . Le patron très agréable est venu deux fois avec nous pour savoir si tout se passait bien .C'est important et rare de nos jours . Les serveuses agréables et félicitations au cuisiner pour la cuisson des gambas .

27/09/2024: The welcome was absolutely perfect, with warm, attentive and professional staff from Jo! The quality of the dishes was exceptional, combining finesse and delicate flavors. Finally, the visit to the cellars was a real discovery, well organized and enriching, highlighting all the know-how and passion for their profession. The owner is an excellent speaker and passionate about the history of France and more particularly the era which concerns the Marquis de Vauban. We learned a lot 😊 There were 5 of us, as a family. An experience to repeat without hesitation!

27/06/2025: We'd already eaten at Chez Jeannot and decided to hire them as our caterer for our wedding! Simply perfect! A top-notch team: friendly, welcoming, and efficient! Everyone ate hot and at the same time (there were about 70 of us)! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

23/06/2025: We got married on June 21st and we used them for the catering. From the reception to the meal, it was excellent! Our guests were won over. The taste, the composition of the dishes, the quantity... everything was perfect! We had Jérôme as our maître d'hôtel; he is incredibly kind and professional. We had an exceptional wedding, in part thanks to them, who managed our evening without a single interruption! You can trust them with your evening; Jérôme and his team will make it sublime! I recommend them 200%.

And here we are, comfortably seated to begin a relaxing menu that will delight us from start to finish! Everything is fresh, perfectly cooked, prepared with research but without extravagance or unnecessary sophistication, the plates are beautiful, generous and tasty, served without haste, at the right pace, which allows discussion and appreciation, to arrive at the dessert, which is not unworthy. compared to the rest of lunch, without a pastry chef! A great discovery that we want to share and find again on our next visit to the region! Impossible to be disappointed

13/09/2024: Un vendredi soir avec trop peu de monde dans ce restaurant qui vaut vraiment le coup ! La gentillesse du chef, son bon conseil pour le vin et la découverte des spaghettis à la Gitta (pâtes aux pattes d'araignée de mer) sans oublier l'entrée et les desserts, nous avons passé un tres bon moment.

12/09/2024: Restaurant parfait si vous souhaitez goûter la cuisine Corse. La terrasse est installée dans une petite ruelle. Ambiance romantique assurée. Le chef a l’écoute et de très bon conseil notamment pour le choix du vin. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. 35€ le grand plateau de charcuterie à partager. Les entrées approximativement 10€. Les plats sont aux alentours de 23€. Le service est rapide, efficace, très aimable. Les produits sont frais et régionaux. C’est vraiment une très belle découverte pour nous 2 qui cherchions un restaurant qui change des multiples pizzerias d’Ajaccio. Mention très spéciale pour la glace au limoncello!
