18/09/2026: We had a wonderful meal at this small restaurant, enjoying hearty, home-style Basque cuisine (pilgrim's menu). We wanted to try the Basque cake, which wasn't on the menu or was only available for an extra charge, but they generously offered it to us free of charge. The welcome was very friendly and warm. Tourist advice was given with great pleasure.

20/09/2026: Hello We had a wonderful time with my daughter last night, Saturday, September 19th. The setting: peaceful, near the pool, with soft lighting. Very quiet. The meal: excellent! From the appetizer (crispy little spinach ravioli) to the main course: fish of the day for my daughter, homemade Italian sausage and gnocchi for me, and a delicious dessert with red berry coulis for my daughter. The drinks: a very good glass of white wine and a margarita cocktail that smelled wonderfully of lemon. Very tasty and delicate! The service: Ines was lovely! Very smiley, attentive, and patient! She gave us great advice! The best part: a blanket was provided, which was very useful as we were able to enjoy sitting outside in the garden while staying warm thanks to this very comfortable blanket! A great idea! The price: reasonable considering the quality of the food, the service, and the location. In short, we highly recommend treating yourself to this delightful experience! The food was high quality, well-prepared, and we had a very enjoyable meal. A special mention goes to Jimmy, our server, for his warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. He took excellent care of us throughout the meal, always with a friendly and cheerful demeanor.

29/06/2026: We enjoyed some lovely meals there, with delightful starters such as the cheese platters and the asparagus with gravlax salmon shavings. We were a little disappointed by the vegetarian dish of ravioli with truffle; unfortunately, the truffle flavor was very (too) subtle. For dessert, the rum baba was excellent! And the crème brûlée was also very well done, with a beautiful sugar crust. I recommend it.

23/08/2026: Another wonderful experience at Le Saillans restaurant! This is our second visit, and the quality is consistently excellent. A warm welcome, impeccable service, and delicious cuisine. Special mention goes to the foie gras from Ferme de Fonteneau with spices and fruit chutney, as well as the roasted cod served with spelt risotto and tempura prawns. The selection of five cheeses was also superb. Thank you to the entire team for this delightful culinary experience!

26/09/2026: Some dishes were truly excellent, a perfect balance… but too many details transformed what could have been an exceptional experience into a disappointing one… The service was slow and felt tense, especially for a Saturday night… The wines often arrived after we had already started our meals, a lack of coordination… And to top it all off, a hair on the plate that didn't warrant any kind of gesture! There was no sense of customer service… what a shame!

19/09/2026: A 6-course meal for 110 euros. The beef fillet and zucchini ice cream were especially delicious. The service was also very pleasant and wonderful.

10/09/2026: A charming, modern French-style bar and restaurant. The cuisine is homemade, using mostly regional and local products. The chef is a master of the art of cooking meat. The average bill is very reasonable, and the portions are generous. Occasionally, events (board game nights and concerts) are held at the restaurant. The dining room and terrace are spacious.

09/09/2026: Friends told us they often go to this restaurant. My husband and I tried it yesterday. It's simply delicious. The service is fantastic, the food is good, simple, and generous, and the atmosphere is great. A relaxing, easygoing, and stress-free break. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team! 🫶
