02/03/2026: I took my 89-year-old father and my 20-year-old daughter Camille, and the 3 generations we represent were delighted by Chef Pascal Chollet's menu. Presentation of the dishes, quantity on the plates, the mix of flavors, quality of service, all in a friendly setting. Everything was perfect, and I can tell you that we are very picky people, because my mother was a cooking enthusiast who was Maïté's competitor in the Landes, with her "recipes from Grandma Odette" on the radio station "La Voix de l'Armagnac". Bravo to the entire team of Chef Chollet. An excellent address to recommend.

25/01/2026: We enjoyed a bistronomic meal worthy of a fine dining establishment. From aperitif to dessert, everything was delicious and bursting with flavor. All this at a very reasonable price. Excellent welcome and service. We will return on our next visit to St. Omer. Sylvie and Tony

25/01/2026: Our first visit and definitely not the last. Modern cuisine very well executed. Short menu but to me for a small restaurant that’s a good sign. The choiced were varied. My wife has more of a savoury taste, however she loved my dessert as much as hers. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

26/02/2026: RACIST, Contemptuous RESTAURANT. I went to this terrace today with a group of eight people. When the waitress took our orders, everyone chose their dish. When it was my turn, I simply stated that I wouldn't be ordering anything. Her response? Cold, curt, and terribly inappropriate: "Oh, well, no, we eat here." The implication was crystal clear: I had no business being there if I wasn't going to order anything. I then mentioned that I was observing Ramadan. She gave me a glacial "Oh" and raised her eyebrows as if my mere presence were a disturbance. As if I should apologize for being at that table when seven out of eight people were ordering large meals. Throughout the entire meal, I was subjected to pointed, judgmental, and hostile stares. In 2026, having to endure this kind of attitude is appalling. No one should ever be made to feel like they don't belong for personal, cultural, or religious reasons. An establishment that excludes instead of welcoming deserves neither support nor recommendation. Avoid it. Seriously.

07/02/2026: What a magnificent moment! Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the food. The chef and his team richly deserve the 2 stars awarded by the renowned guide. Chef Ogier was a very kind touch, thoughtfully signing the gift certificate and menus we had received for our 51st wedding anniversary. We also chatted briefly at the end of the meal. An unforgettable memory.

31/12/2025: The food was good and mostly delicate but I expected to be blown away and wasn't. Some of the dishes didn't work for us: the turbot in celery, and the lobster. Both had sauces that were too strong for the delicate meat, and the meats were very tough (overcooked?). The service is top notch, ambiance very pleasant, and the wine pairing was great. The chef took the time to come several times, and that's always very appreciated.

06/12/2025: As always, we had a wonderful meal. Delicious, seasonal cuisine. A fantastic atmosphere. Special mention to the magnificent Christmas decorations. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.
