25/07/2026: It's extremely rare for a restaurant to inspire me to leave such a glowing review, but Café des Arts in Beaulieu-sous-la-Roche richly deserves this recognition. One word: WOW. We had a truly exceptional gastronomic experience, worthy of some Michelin-starred restaurants. Here, nothing is left to chance. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and the service remarkably professional. The team perfectly masters the art of fine dining: discretion, elegance, expert advice, perfect synchronization… Impeccable service from start to finish. The setting is also magnificent, an elegantly decorated and refined interior with very comfortable armchairs. Even the smallest details, from the plates and cutlery to the glassware, contribute to this impression of excellence. And what can I say about the food… Everything is homemade, and you can taste it from the very first bite. The aperitif, the cocktails, the homemade iced teas, the still-warm bread with its incredible hay-smoked butter, the amuse-bouches… each element hinted at what was to come. Then came the courses, each more impressive than the last. A refined, creative, and perfectly executed cuisine, where every flavor was crafted with remarkable precision. The presentations were true works of art, of exceptional finesse and elegance. The thyme-smoked lamb will remain etched in our memories for a long time: perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and subtly smoked, enhancing the meat without ever overpowering it. The rabbit was equally exceptional, delicate, and flavorful. As for the fish, it was prepared with such precision and artistry that it revealed flavors rarely encountered elsewhere. The meal continued with a refined pre-dessert, an absolutely remarkable dessert, and then delicious petits fours served with coffee. Each course of the meal brought its own share of surprises and emotions. This is the kind of establishment where you truly appreciate the colossal amount of work that goes into the kitchen. Every dish tells a story, every flavor combination is carefully considered, every detail is mastered. Café des Arts doesn't just offer a meal: it offers a genuine culinary experience, where excellence is evident in the ingredients, the technique, the service, and the attention given to the guests. We were captivated from beginning to end. This restaurant more than deserves its reputation and, in our opinion, rivals many Michelin-starred establishments. We came as a group of six friends and were pleasantly surprised to find a beautifully decorated room reserved just for us. We discovered excellent, very creative cuisine and highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful meal. Bravo!

06/08/2026: Beautifully seated next to the castle, they have 1 beer from the local Ale is an Art brewery that I personally love, we had the fish and the butcher cut of the day and they where both great the mead was tender and the fish was nice and buttery, reservation is needed but this was worth it in my opinion 👍🏼

14/07/2026: Fantastic vegan burger experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile, and the service was quick. I enjoyed a generous meal deal with a burger, side, drink, and dessert for a reasonable price. Everything was delicious, from the burger with its excellent homemade patty to the fries. What's more, during this heatwave, the place is air-conditioned, allowing you to enjoy some coolness during your meal. The dining area is also spacious, offering plenty of room to sit comfortably. In short, simple yet effective—exactly what I was looking for for my lunch break. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back (probably for the cinnamon roll, which also looked very tempting)!

29/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! After a pleasant stroll through the vineyards, we stopped at Le Lys du Roi. The setting is charming and the welcome was warm. The dishes were beautifully presented, as delicious as they were beautiful, with truly incredible flavors. Each course was a real pleasure, from the appetizer to the dessert. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and professional. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. I highly recommend this restaurant!
