23/08/2024: Our experience was a complete disconnect with this restaurants reputation and cliental. The place was packed with diners queuing to get in. Clearly its one of the desired spots in Le Mans. We are experienced diners particularly in France. And yet .... this was simply a dreadful meal. Every course failed on taste and presentation. The reality for me was prepared sous vide meat, oven chips and packet salad, and no, compared to other meals we had in France this July, not good value. Especially if you cant finish it. I'm sorry I know good food and this certainly wasn't it. For us as a family, it is a complete mystery as to why this place is so popular. Avoid.

15/09/2024: A word of advice: Go for it! The dishes are good and plentiful (for my part rack of lamb and profiteroles). In addition, the welcome is smiling and friendly.

30/06/2025: The quality of the crepes is exceptional! Compared to all the creperies I've ever made, this one is by far the best. The crepe batters, buckwheat and wheat, and their cooking are excellent. Above all, keep your recipe and your products. 👍Bravo. 👏👏

25/06/2025: La Moisson in Sault is a charming place for a delicious lunch. The service is extremely friendly and welcoming, which immediately creates a nice atmosphere. The crêpes are delicious – freshly prepared and rich in flavour. Whether you fancy something sweet or savoury, you will definitely find something to your taste here. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!

21/09/2024: During our trip, as we passed along the road, we came across L'Auberge Du Colvert Restaurant and decided to take a break. Even without having made a prior reservation, we were received cordially and quickly seated at a table. To our surprise, we were offered a complimentary starter, which was delicious. We opted for the "Découverte" menu, which allowed us to explore surprising flavors. As a starter, we chose the terrine de canard aux girolles. For the main course, the paleron de boeuf confit au jus was an exceptional choice, with tender, juicy meat, perfectly seasoned. And, to end this meal, we enjoyed the crème brûlée à la chicorée. To end this gastronomic experience, we enjoyed a good coffee, which perfectly complemented our meal. It was a delightful discovery!

24/09/2024: A quiet place facing the ocean, either on a covered terrace or indoors. Very pleasant and tables spaced apart which allowed us to talk to each other in complete privacy. Friendly and smiling service, quite fast and friendly. The meal was perfect, tasty, beautiful presentation, recommend the sardine tartare and its thyme toast. A lovely afternoon with the family. Dogs accepted. THANKS.

20/09/2024: A top restaurant in terms of welcome, staff, service and cuisine. Excellent Caesar salad, Liège coffee and island cup ice cream. I recommend without problems.
