If she can't manage a restaurant on her own, she should hire someone to help her or just replace her because she's clearly not cut out for this.

Even during the week, the locals were there, which, as everyone knows, is a good sign. The best thing was the waffle dessert with chestnut cream. Definitely try it! Oh yes, and the Laudun white wine is fantastic!

18/04/2026: A perfectly executed frosty interlude 🍦 Just a few hours before my trip to the salt marshes, I treated myself to a little getaway to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer for a delicious treat at Pablo's. We then embarked on a quest to sample the true delicacies of this master pastry chef. From the moment we arrived, the ice was broken: warm, professional, and above all, passionate! No need to be cold: the promise of quality products, free from artificial colors and additives, was fulfilled. To help us with this potentially risky decision, we were offered samples of a few flavors before choosing. A true artisan who knows how to take care of his customers! After perusing this frosty menu, I opted for a pistachio scoop and a lemon meringue, accompanied by a homemade chocolate-peanut cone. Time to enjoy! Verdict: a perfectly executed combination and a flawlessly crafted frozen symphony! The flavors are perfectly balanced and melt beautifully on my palate. You can taste the expert's skill in every bite 😁 With an average bill of €7 for two scoops (€5.50) and a homemade cone (€1.50), the value for money is more than justified. I can only urge you to hop on your steed for a direct ride to Pablo's 😁👍

The dishes were delicious, well-prepared, and flavorful (ribeye steak for him and lamb shoulder for me). The owners are very welcoming and friendly, and the servers were very pleasant. With parasols and sheltered dining areas for shade or cool evenings, everyone will find a table to their liking. The service is very pleasant, with helpful staff who are knowledgeable about the menu. The fish and shellfish are fresh; I recommend the Royal Seafood Platter.

21/04/2026: Excellent dishes, bursting with flavor. We all thoroughly enjoyed them. One small drawback: the dishes arrived lukewarm (I don't know why, perhaps there are no heat lamps in the kitchen?). But the flavors of the food and the quality of the service are well worth 5 stars! We will be back.
