25/07/2024: We spent a wonderful evening yesterday on the lovely terrace of Le Chevreul: homemade fries and mayonnaise, a great atmosphere, and fast and friendly service. In short, the perfect place for a drink with friends!

12/12/2024: This brasserie is nice because it already has a real brasserie atmosphere! You feel good there, it's fun, there's an atmosphere, then the dishes are excellent with different daily specials like a pot au feu on Beaujolais Nouveau day, the welcome is friendly, you're immediately at home. obviously a bit of a victim of its success so a lot of people but they always find a solution

18/12/2024: This is the wine bar that actor Yudai Chiba visited on the NHK program "Choisumi in Paris" (broadcast in 2015?). 17/12/2024: A must-see address in Paris! Everything is pleasant: the quality of the products is remarkable, each dish is prepared at home with fresh ingredients and cooked to order. In addition, the warm welcome and good humor of the staff, as well as the friendliness and accessibility of the boss who took the time to chat with us, contributed to making our evening simply exceptional. An experience not to be missed!

14/12/2024: En randonnée dans le Royans "au fil de la Bourne" ,nous avons fait un détour pour venir déjeuner à l'auberge des Tracols. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Le menu du jour ( 18 euros entrée+ plat + dessert) était parfait tout comme le service. Pour moi ce fut: En entrée : Mousseline de poisson. En plat principal un excellent osso bucco avec sa gremolata et sa polenta et en dessert une tarte tatin. félicitations à la cuisinière ou au cuisinier! Je me suis plus régalé ici que dans un resto étoilé à St Donat sur L'Herbasse!

30/11/2025: I came this Sunday, November 30, 2025, with a friend. A very pleasant town center. I discovered this place by chance on Google. Upon arrival, you receive a very warm welcome; it's friendly and cozy, like a French bistro, just the way I like it. The decor is very inviting with a retro feel. The food is refined and truly delicious, beautifully presented, and they offer wine recommendations. It was busy, yet we could still easily chat. The price for a starter, main course, dessert, aperitif, and a glass of wine is very reasonable for the experience. Not to mention the charming lady who greeted and served us with a big smile and was very discreet. The service was quick without being pushy; they let you take your time. I should mention that we arrived without a reservation and were seated immediately. There's a very easy-to-access parking lot right in front. I highly recommend it and I definitely plan to return. I'm from Pont-Sainte-Maxence in the Oise department (60), and the trip was definitely worth it. In the attached photo, you can see my dish: tripe à la mode de Caen, cooked to perfection in terms of flavor, served with homemade fries—it was hard to resist!

14/11/2025: A lovely, warm place with rustic decor that's very pleasing to the eye. The owner is very welcoming, smiling, sociable, and respectful. The cuisine is traditional, made with fresh ingredients, and the dishes are beautifully presented—you eat with your eyes first. I highly recommend this little gem; we had a wonderful time as a couple.

02/09/2024: First visit to this establishment yesterday for a family meal and a great discovery for the 7 guests. The whole table ate the rock menu and everyone enjoyed the moment. Well thought-out dishes with fresh, seasonal products, perfect seasonings, respected and controlled cooking. Special mention for cooking perfectly pearly fish. Value for money on the podium of Trojan establishments. Congratulations also for the room team, friendly exchanges in good humor and this is becoming rare. So if you come to Troyes, don't hesitate to stray slightly from the heart of the city to visit the rock. Thanks to the chef for our exchange at the end of the meal, we feel the passion for cooking in local circuits, working with fresh and seasonal products. We will come back to discover new dishes

21/08/2024: Very very satisfying experience. Warm welcome followed by impeccable service. The menu has many choices which is a very good point. The food was excellent, not to mention the very affordable prices for such good quality! I highly recommend this restaurant, a big thank you again to the waiters and the waitress for this very pleasant evening!!!

20/08/2024: I had a great time in this little restaurant, nestled in the heart of the old quarter. The prices are very affordable, with several options for less than 20 euros. I particularly appreciated the homemade fries, offered with each dish, which made the meal very filling. You can also ask for more fries as they are free. The welcome is warm, but service can be a little slow at peak times, as there is only one waitress. Despite this, I recommend this restaurant for its authentic atmosphere and tasty dishes.

04/12/2024: Porzioni molto abbondanti basta un piatto in due, la raclette buona la fonduta no, posto molto angusto e troppo rumoroso.

03/12/2024: Innanzitutto è meglio prenotare. Diversi clienti si sono presentati (era un sabato ora di pranzo), ma non c'era posto. Il locale stile baita di montagna è curioso, ti cala nell'atmosfera di ciò che starai per mangiare. Tavolo con griglie di cottura annesse (un po' di attenzione è necessaria, il tavolo non è molto grande), menu non chiarissimo (con dei distinguo fra weekend e resto della settimana, ad esempio), spazi piuttosto ridotti. Ma poi quando si comincia a mangiare (servizio velocissimo) passa tutto e si unisce un po' di divertimento al gusto di assaggiare tutto. Abbiamo preso sia la Raclette Nature con aggiunta di carne di manzo (sempre da cuocere) comprensiva di patate a parte - tante - e pane, che la Fondue Savoyarde (che comprende anche un piatto di insalata verde e pane). Hanno portato anche affettati, cetriolini sottaceto. Infine anche una classica Tartiflette. Tutto gustoso, tempo che scorre ma non te ne accorgi. Unico neo il vino. Poca scelta, un normalissimo bianco Cotes de Gascogne (IGP, ma niente di eccezionale) pagato 27€ (bottiglia). Spesa totale attorno ai 100€ (poco più). Ci tornerei volentieri.
