15/05/2026: Returning to this restaurant more than 20 years later, what a wonderful surprise! It used to be called Ribot. The food is simply delicious, and I honestly think it's the best restaurant in Maisons-Laffitte (on par with Le Tastevin). The atmosphere is cozy, the service provided by the owner (with a slight Spanish accent) is warm and friendly, and the food… oh my goodness! It's perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and all at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

26/03/2026: An absolutely unforgettable stay at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa with my fiancé. Even before our arrival, everything was perfect… We were contacted to ask if we wanted to have dinner, with the option of arranging room service in advance: a rare touch that immediately set the tone. Upon our evening arrival, the welcome was remarkably warm and professional. A huge thank you to Marion, who took care of everything with incredible kindness, especially our room service. Throughout our stay, Lucile, Anaïs, Lena, and Julie were incredibly attentive, always smiling, caring, and impeccably elegant. Special mention to Julie for a perfectly smooth and pleasant late check-out, at our own pace. We truly felt privileged. Every detail was designed to make our stay easier, with a genuine desire to please—and that makes all the difference. The gourmet restaurant was simply exceptional. Refined, expertly prepared cuisine, brought to life by a passionate staff who take the time to explain each dish with precision and enthusiasm. You can feel a genuine love of gastronomy and a beautiful showcase of the region. The spa… a true gem. Sublime architecture, an intimate and ultra-luxurious setting, and treatments of remarkable quality. It's a place where you can completely disconnect, in a soothing and exclusive atmosphere. As a young couple, we were worried it might be too family-oriented, but not at all; we were practically alone in the spa. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless experience. We will definitely be back! 🤍

15/06/2026: The lunch menu looked so inviting... The starter, "egg mimosa," was a single egg cut in half with practically warm mayonnaise, completely tasteless. Luckily, a tasty asparagus spear was lost amidst this very disappointing dish. The seared tuna was overcooked and dry. The surrounding ingredients were of good quality, but again, lacking real flavor... a shame. The waitress noticed. The dessert was a strawberry tartlet with stale whipped cream. I was looking forward to dining at your restaurant and I am truly sorry about my meal.

14/06/2026: The restaurant was recommended to us by an acquaintance, and we went without hesitation. The service was rather slow; the manager spoke so fast that I missed every other word… As for the food, nothing exceptional, neither in terms of flavor nor presentation. My zucchini side dish was practically burnt. The only positive point was the bar located 10 meters away, where we had a drink while waiting for the restaurant to open, and the Condrieu we ordered with our meal.

28/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to stop there during a motorcycle ride. I hadn't booked and the restaurant was full, but they kindly offered me a nice plate of charcuterie which I was able to enjoy in the garden and leave satisfied!
