14/09/2026: This was our second time here. A very pleasant place for a mountain meal in a traditional setting. The food was good quality, but be careful with the portions... We ordered a fondue to share between four people with several charcuterie extras; we were far from full afterward (see photo). It's a shame, especially considering the prices.

13/09/2026: During a weekend in Besançon, we discovered this bistronomic restaurant serving dishes with truly original flavors and expertly prepared. So much so that, despite not being particularly fond of sweets, we couldn't resist trying the desserts, which were also quite surprising.
The service is attentive, and the setting is chic and refined. A great find in the heart of Besançon.

11/08/2026: We came for lunch on August 8th for the first time. The staff were welcoming and the service impeccable. The dining room is lovely, with a terrace overlooking the old courthouse square. They offer a great set lunch menu for €25 (starter/main/dessert). The dishes were tasty and beautifully presented. It's clearly advisable to book ahead. A great place to eat in Pont-l'Évêque.
11/08/2026: Excellent value for money (5 out of 5). Impeccable service with a smile and professionalism.
Fish soup served hot with melted cheese fillets. Tender, unlimited beef served rare as ordered. Meltingly tender Peach Melba to finish the meal.
The bottle of Cheverny white wine was served at the perfect temperature.

I found the dishes lacked preparation.
The starter cost us €18, the main course €42. At that price, you expect real added value. Instead, we had steamed vegetables without sauce... frankly overpriced. A shame.

09/10/2026: Delicious crepes and nice service. We had a couple savory crepes which were truly fantastic. I recommend La Reine. We then split a Nutella and banana crêpe for dessert, which was good, but not as special as their savory crepes.
