24/07/2026: Great restaurant! The setting is pleasant and the atmosphere is friendly, making for a lovely time. The menu is presented in an original way, a nice touch that makes it stand out. We had a reservation for eight, and the dishes were a hit with everyone at our table: they were very good and well-presented. The only slight disappointment was the Kinder tiramisu, which several of us ordered and which was a bit underwhelming. A big thank you to the whole team for their warm welcome, friendliness, and good humor.

21/05/2026: This restaurant stole €300 from us. We booked a reservation and we showed up however we got charged €150 per person no-show fee, on top of the meal that we paid for. We have been working with Amex to get this resolved for the past two months. The restaurant is lying about the nature of this charge. Do not trust this restaurant with your credit card on file.

05/05/2026: Very disappointing experience. We attended our reservation at Soucoupe, dined at the restaurant, and paid for our meal. Despite that, we were incorrectly charged a no-show fee afterward. When we contacted the restaurant, they acknowledged the issue and told us they would refund the charge. They never did. I then opened a dispute with Amex, and the restaurant claimed we were a no-show, which is completely false. Mistakes happen, but charging a no-show fee to customers who were physically there, promising a refund, failing to process it, and then misrepresenting the situation to a credit card company is unacceptable. I would not trust this restaurant with a reservation or card on file.

05/08/2026: Good restaurant, always recommended. Short menu of shellfish and fish (although there's a hidden pâté among the starters), everything is fresh and high quality, even if some dishes are expensive for the portion size. Friendly service. The terrace with its sea view is fantastic. August 2026: Repeat visit; the fish soup and homemade mackerel rillettes are still as good as ever, but the wait was longer this year, and the desserts were decent but unremarkable and expensive for the portion size, both the Breton tiramisu (simple, overly whipped mascarpone cream with a few Breton shortbread crumbs and a little caramel) and the gourmet coffee (changed without prior notice to the order and other tables, probably because it was the end of service). 4 stars. August 2025: Special mention for the fish soup and the abalone. 5 stars.

06/07/2026: We came for the ribeye steak, and left wanting to book again before we'd even stepped inside. A Côté is the kind of place you hesitate to recommend, purely out of selfishness, for fear of not getting a table. The homemade terrine was the first course, and it's probably one of the best I've ever had—and I don't say that lightly. Then came the ribeye steak: golden crust, pink center, cooked to perfection, accompanied by homemade sauces that deserve their own menu. The service was impeccable, with genuine explanations about the meats, wines, and digestifs—never recited, always shared with the pleasure of someone who loves their work. We were tempted by an apricot digestif, a unique creation served chilled, a little marvel, followed by a Bas-Armagnac that I still remember, and will remember for a long time. The value for money is truly remarkable for this level of food. If you're looking for a place to eat a real ribeye steak in Paris, look no further. Photos included, but they don't do justice to the aroma.

02/03/2026: The cheese served with the raclette was very good, accompanied by equally excellent Corsican charcuterie. We particularly enjoyed the house red wine. The service was warm and the Corsican cheese dessert was delicious. We will definitely return.

13/07/2026: Excellent restaurant in Nantes! Le Franklin offers delicious cuisine at a great price. The dishes are well-prepared, generous, and served with genuine care—the staff is welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the meal. A minor drawback was the "French toast-style brioche" dessert: the slice was a little thin and seemed overcooked in butter, which masked the delicate flavor of the milk and egg mixture in the traditional recipe. It's a shame, because with a gentler cooking method, the dessert would have been perfect. Despite this small detail, Le Franklin remains an excellent restaurant that I would recommend without hesitation for its quality, service, and atmosphere.

03/07/2026: I had a great experience at this restaurant on two separate occasions. The air-conditioned dining room is particularly pleasant. The salmon tartare was excellent, and the cocktails were more than good. I highly recommend it.

25/07/2026: On the recommendation of our bed and breakfast (Les Voûtes Oubliées), we tried this establishment. We absolutely loved it! Charm and atmosphere were definitely present. Excellent local cuisine, with the added bonus of customer participation. We highly recommend you go and discover it for yourself.

03/08/2026: Lovely warm service, the most beautiful food and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and would go back again if we are back in Abbevile. *Edit - We did return a year later! Just as delicious and comfortable place. Food came out at the right pace even though they were moderately busy but it didn’t feel crowded or noisy. I had the same Thai beef stew as last time and it instantly reminded me of the last time I ate at La Corne in the best way. Definitely worth a visit.

12/07/2026: Definitely worth a visit. It was very beautiful there. The citadel is essentially the old town. There's no entrance fee. You can stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy a nice meal and drinks. You have to park outside the town, but there are parking lots in Calvi below.

12/07/2026: It's beautiful, really. I parked in the port parking lot because I tried to find supermarket parking but there wasn't any nearby. It works with the Easypark app.
