31/01/2026: January 2026 The restaurant is somewhat hidden away in a quiet alley. The welcome and service are impeccable. We opted for the tasting menu at €135... A true success! An amuse-bouche followed by seven courses offered genuine surprises and culinary delights. The chef manages to combine flavors and presentation, always giving pride of place to plants and flowers. We discovered, along the way, the brède mafane and its unique flavor profile. The menu offers a balance between land and sea, always original and distinctive. Bravo to the chef for the delicious flavors. The aperitifs and wine, however, are (too) expensive. I highly recommend this restaurant: a wonderful discovery.

09/12/2025: I came several times this summer and I'm coming back more and more often. I was pleasantly surprised by this place: the staff is lovely and the food is truly top-notch! The dishes are superb, and the service is quick and attentive. Working in the restaurant industry myself, it's rare these days to leave a restaurant completely satisfied… but this one gets a 10/10. We now know where to go for brunch, especially since it's open 7 days a week, even after the peak season. I highly recommend it!

02/11/2025: What a shame... the dessert and the service really spoiled the otherwise excellent and well-prepared fish dish... The chocolate fondant needs to be cooked properly, and the pear poaching needs to be correct. 🥹 As for the service, we found it lacked professionalism.
