09/12/2025: It was much better last summer.

05/11/2025: It's been seven years since I last went to this restaurant with my family. I think I ate the best salad of my life. I have such amazing memories of it. My children, aged 11 and 13, each ordered a duck breast! It was a generous and delicious meal, but there wasn't a single bite left on their plates. We were with our dog, who also received plenty of attention. It's never too late to say thank you. A real treat and a wonderful welcome. Thank you!

18/01/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, which offers quality products and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The dishes were beautifully presented, homemade, and perfectly balanced. A tip: arrive at noon without a reservation to be sure of getting a good meal.

28/01/2026: The rustic wooden atmosphere with smoking saucison and meat was cosy and homey. We ordered the 59chf set meal where each plate from starter to the main - crispy roast pork belly was so good yet juicy. I had the fish dumpling with lobster sauce that comes with a mini risotto as my main so very tasty and unique. For dessert, if you opt in, you will go to the buffet style table to fetch your dessert, fun! Will come back for other dishes. Suggest to book in advance🥘🍖🥟🍴🇫🇷

27/12/2025: A delightful surprise! We had dinner tonight at Côté Jardin. The service was fantastic, and the €30 set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) was delicious. Excellent quality.

07/02/2026: Today, February 7, 2026, is our most beautiful day 💞 Our Wedding 💞💖 Chef Clément and his wife Émilie poured their hearts into preparing the meal. They paid such thoughtful attention to the bride and groom's table, right down to the personalized menus. The flavors and taste of every dish were absolutely superb; Provence truly shone. A special mention goes to the wedding cake, prepared by Chef Clément especially for the event. A warm welcome and the down-to-earth nature of Clément and Émilie delighted all our guests, reflecting the essence of their restaurant. Our guests were captivated and absolutely thrilled. We highly recommend Restaurant L'Ardoise in Mazan City Village. A huge thank you to you both! 🙏

08/02/2026: Excellent crêperie in Guérande, outside the town, beautiful decor, good food, good service. A little more expensive but worth the price difference.

08/02/2026: Disappointed. The galettes were filled with chopped, even minced, ingredients, all to hide the main ingredient, which was served in small quantities. I ordered one with andouille sausage, and yes, the andouille was shredded. My wife had a "bûcheron" galette with half a sausage cut into slices and swimming in fat. The menus and chairs were of dubious cleanliness. In short, a disappointment. Avoid this place.

14/02/2026: Apart from a slight wait for Valentine's Day, an incredible meal, incredible product, my compliments to the chef, nothing to complain about except that the meat was slightly overcooked compared to what I had asked for, but nothing to make a fuss about, it will be 5 stars out of 5, thank you.

23/02/2026: The service has been provided for years by the same waiter, who is excellent. Unfortunately, given the prices, one would expect slightly more elaborate cuisine. A cod fillet served with four potatoes haphazardly placed on a small plate is rather mediocre. It's not bad, but I eat the same thing at home. It's okay, but nothing special. The sauces and appetizers are freeze-dried and reconstituted. There are no homemade sauces, which is a shame. The value for money is rather poor.

It's the perfect place to take a break from skiing and enjoy the panoramic views. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. A truly wonderful mountain restaurant in La Clusaz.

15/09/2025: A true sensory journey: you eat in the dark, you look for your table like in a maze and when finally the plate arrives you almost regret having found it. Between the lack of taste and the lack of light it is difficult to know what is the worst. Too bad because the service was the only positive point... but it does not make up for a frankly not good cuisine and especially for 42€ the set menu without drinks the quality-price ratio really leaves something to be desired. I do not recommend.

14/09/2025: I thank Reda for the incredible welcome provided to me and my family for my mother's birthday. Perfect service, as warm as it was delicious. The dishes were very good, both the meat and the salmon. I recommend it to all types of people!!
