21/07/2026: We had dinner here last night and had a wonderful time. The setting is very pleasant, and the dishes were delicious and perfectly prepared. A big thank you also to our server, who was exceptional: very attentive, smiling, professional, and with a great sense of humor. His warm welcome and good cheer greatly contributed to making our evening even more enjoyable. We simply mentioned our disappointment with the portion size of one particular dish, and the responsiveness of both the server and the manager truly deserves to be highlighted. The explanation was perfectly understandable: a recent menu change that required some minor adjustments. We greatly appreciated your attentiveness and consideration. A truly wonderful experience that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will gladly return!

22/07/2026: We very much enjoyed lunch at L'Equisse. We had, respectively, the three and four course set menus for midweek lunch, which are good value. Rather oddly, you're not told what the courses actually are until they arrive, though you can choose meat or fish, and they screen rigourously for allergies. The food was tasty, fresh, and made inventive use of seasonal ingredients. There's a good, very affordable list of aperitifs and wines. Service is friendly and prompt and staff speak English. We found the three course menu was pretty filling when you factor in the pre and post meal amuses bouches; I'm not sure we could have handled the six course menu, let alone the nine (from fellow diners it didn't seem like the course sizes were reduced in any way). The only slight let down was the very hushed atmosphere, a bit like eating in a library. Good for a very quiet intimate conversation, but not very lively or convivial. Still, the food and service would certainly draw us back.

21/07/2026: We took the 6 course which was plenty of food. Delicious, vibrant, full of taste, not pretentious and yet fun and creative. It’s not our first time in a 1-star and we thought they deserve it.

What made it even better was the server Theodore who was attentive to my needs and made sure that I felt as if I was at home and the other staff for also being superb. Thank you for this wonderful experience and I will surely be coming back to this bar.

27/07/2026: Lovely servers and delicious food. A restaurant that's part trendy, part neighborhood, with plenty of seating. The vegetarian options are varied and very tasty.

23/07/2026: I have no idea what the food is like, but the coffee is good. The bartender addressed me informally from our very first conversation, which could have cost him a star if he hadn't been so genuinely friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing, even if it's rather lively; it's a café with a real buzz, and it's nice to linger there for a while. The coffee grounds in the ashtrays are a great idea, and above all, the prices are remarkably affordable, which is a welcome surprise near Nation. I'd definitely take my friends there if it weren't an hour away from my place. I'll certainly recommend it.

31/05/2026: A beautifully situated restaurant right on the harbor. We had the seafood platter for two. It was fantastic, with such a wide variety of ingredients, and absolutely delicious. For dessert, we enjoyed homemade apple, Calvados, and caramel ice cream. Absolutely delicious. The dishes are highly recommended.

02/07/2026: Returning from our family vacation, we stopped for a meal at "Chez Michou." This restaurant is a gem! Everything is excellent: the welcome, the food, the service... delicious, beautifully presented dishes... We'll definitely be back on our way home or on our way to vacation. I recommend it 200%!
