We were able to come late night, thank you so much for this. Nature and location is fantastic. We will definitely plan our next vacation here.

The crepes were delicious, generously filled, and incredibly fresh. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. The order arrived hot, well-packaged, and on time.
It's rare to find such a reliable crepe delivery service. I would definitely recommend them! 🔥

06/06/2026: What a surprise! The BeNew galette is excellent with its carrot sorbet. So good. The profiterole crepe is also delicious; just one suggestion: don't dilute the chocolate topping with milk, or offer two versions.

12/04/2026: The food was fantastic. We ordered the daily special, a steak with a unique sauce containing mushrooms and wood ear fungus. Special praise goes to their kids' meal; it was very thoughtful, featuring a special combination of meat, fries, and ice cream. The server even gave the kids lollipops afterwards – the service was warm and attentive.

08/06/2026: We spent two nights in the largest room, which was easily comparable in size and amenities to what we often find in 4-star hotels.
A plumbing problem (blockage and gurgling noises) spoiled our first night; reported in the morning, the issue was immediately addressed by the young team (with a drain cleaning truck), who very graciously offered us the rest of the night. A hotel (and café-restaurant) to remember and recommend if you are traveling in southern Cantal and northern Aveyron.
26/05/2026: Young, friendly, and welcoming staff. The restaurant has a short menu (mostly homemade) and excellent value for money. They even have a swimming pool!

28/05/2026: We had a wonderful weekend at the Hôtel des Cévennes. The welcome was fantastic, the owners very friendly, and the rooms comfortable.
The surrounding area offers beautiful scenery and plenty to do, including sightseeing and walks.
The hotel is very clean and the food is excellent! We'll be back!
28/05/2026: We stay at this establishment once or twice a year and everything is always perfect! Impeccable rooms, excellent restaurant menus! And Carole and Bruno's welcome is friendly and warm. We look forward to returning.
