19/08/2024: Very good, tasty pancakes accompanied by a little sorbet. We enjoyed ourselves. The prices are very fair.
Reservations are required. We didn’t do it because we got there by chance! But we were served kindly.
15/08/2024: We tried 4 different crepes and they were all spectacular, it's a shame to live so far away and not be able to try them all!! Excellent service, attentive, fun and accommodating staff, despite the language barrier everything was perfect. Thank you very much guys!

The boss is great!
The food is very good and the service is superb. A place where we know how to take the time to pamper you, with joy and good humor. The Bistro is nicely decorated and well located. Quiet inside or a more dynamic atmosphere on the terrace, the choice is yours!

24/09/2024: We ordered starter + main course for 12 guests for a family celebration. The food was delicious: a fresh starter with salmon, avocado and whipped cheese and chicken with apple sauce. Everyone had a great time! And what comfort to be able to come and collect the order the same morning.

01/07/2025: We used La Bergamote for our wedding on June 28th (wine reception, meal, and brunch the next day). What can I say other than that it was a delicious meal. There were no negative reviews from the 60 guests. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful, as was the chef, of course. Plus, the price was really affordable for a meal consisting of salmon, duck breast, a revisited Trou Lorraine, and a wedding cake with desserts.
I would like to thank you for this magnificent meal for such a special day.

09/12/2024: Arrived 5 minutes before 12 p.m., not open although there were staff inside, they let us wait in the cold 4 degrees, and finally refused us entry because they do not accept our animal friends . In this case - 3 kgs. Too bad for them. Really not suited to opening a business. To flee.
29/11/2024: This is one of the two best restaurants you can taste french cuisines paired with Raveneau in Ville de Chablis. Only 2018 blanchot was available. Dining In the center of Ville de Chablis, what else need i say more?

We enjoyed the dishes on the menu "from sources to roots" from start to finish, with particular mention for the arctic char and the pigeon supreme. Thank you to chef Benoit Vidal for his expertise in refined cuisine, and his humility observed during his visit at the end of the meal.
A small improvement could be in the level of service where we found the sommelier not very eloquent on the choice of wines, leaving us "a little alone" faced with a plethoric list of wines without any real force of suggestion for the guests who do not take food and wine pairing...
