Every time I arrive in this charming town for work, I absolutely have to stop by Fernand's for a meal. Honestly, the service is impeccable and always with a smile, which is so rare in restaurants these days that it's really worth mentioning! You immediately feel welcome; it's a real pleasure. And let's talk about the food: the dishes are authentic and homemade, a true delight for the taste buds. I wholeheartedly recommend these delicious dishes; they're so good you practically eat them with your mouth open! It's truly the perfect place for a gourmet break when you're in the area. If you ever find yourself in Gaillac, don't hesitate to make a detour to Fernand's. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

09/05/2026: La Ferme Mellon is located in the heart of the countryside near Niederbronn-les-Bains. The setting is a blend of Northern Vosges and Alsatian styles. The specialty is Alsatian tarte flambée, offered in all its variations. The restaurant has a rustic style, with stone walls and half-timbering, a wooden bar, and a magnificent wood-fired oven at the far end of the room. I've never eaten such delicious tarte flambée. It was very generously topped, and the wood-fired cooking was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the owner! 😁 The service was provided by a very kind and friendly waitress. The prices are reasonable. In short, a fantastic evening. I highly recommend it.

As someone who occasionally dines in Michelin-starred restaurants (Bocuse, Blanc, Les Trois Gros), I can tell you that this restaurant deserves a star. You can see for yourself, but don't forget to book in advance, as it's very popular. The staff are approachable and take excellent care of their guests. The meals are homemade, and the experience is a delight for the taste buds. Don't hesitate to dine in Neuville-les-Dames. Ample parking is available for everyone's convenience.
