18/09/2024: We struggled to find a restaurant to eat when we were staying in the Caraman area, but thank goodness we stumbled across this place not too far away. The stylish interior has a calm ambiance with an open kitchen area where you can see your food being freshly prepared. Our wonderful hostess, Lucy, could not have been more helpful or welcoming to us, explaining the menu from French to English, and even patiently encouraging my attempts at speaking French! The food was delicious and perfectly cooked, so we couldn’t wait to return twice more! Highly recommend. (Steph & Brian)

05/09/2024: After sampling french restaurants in Toulouse and Carcassonne for a week, this was our clear favorite. The food was very satisfying, both in taste and consistency. The beer selection was great - try the beers from La Boussole, a local brewery. Sit by the window and enjoy a panoramic view.

09/07/2025: A wonderful experience, a lovely setting, with a musical atmosphere, and quality cuisine, as part of an after-work event. Looking forward to coming back with my family.

09/07/2025: I was able to test this place in different configurations. Restaurant, everything is top quality quantity services, a restaurant to recommend without a doubt. I was also able to test this place during a private party for a business network. It was simply magical, they took care of everything we just had to enjoy this top place.

22/09/2024: A very nice discovery! We arrived by chance and rather late, the owner received us very pleasantly. He was honest about the fact that his card had been emptied by his previous customers but we were tempted. It was a great meal! A very reasonable price and home cooking that reminds us of Sundays at Mom's. In short, I recommend!

05/12/2024: Frankly very disappointed... we order 3 pizzas, we arrive and the person who prepares openly complains that we customers are breaking our balls with our cheesy dough (which was our case), then we are informed that our pizzas are ready.. and arrive there 10 minutes to wait on top of that... And finally when we got home, a piece of cardboard right in the middle of our pizza, with extra hair I don't know what to say 😥

05/12/2024: To tell the truth, I went there to pick up a good to go, anti-waste basket, as soon as I entered I was scared when I saw that they were selling mings, chicken wings full of bones, very little for me Finally I had the right to a medium pizza with tuna and crème fraîche and there was amazement of amazement, I who never take my pizzas with fish, I found it too good, of course I removed the olives and I must say that it is clever, basically not a customer of theirs since a little far away they now have a new fan and for a TUNA pizza ("which I normally don't like too much") simple but good, well balanced, tuna, onions, cheese, I'll to return there without objection, that's for sure... It's up to you to walk through the door and taste, a wide choice at that.

29/06/2024: Magnificent restaurant, the team is very friendly and has to work with a lot of fresh produce because we waited to order our dishes and some were no longer available, which is understandable. On the other hand, when you order a breaded burrata salad, and there is no longer breaded burrata but a classic burrata it doesn't bother me. But finding myself without burrata at all with 3 pieces fighting a duel in a mixture that is very unpleasant in the mouth... suffice to say that it is no longer available... very disappointed... but the dessert was ok.

14/12/2024: We had reserved the lounge for the day with 2 meals for around twenty people. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming, attentive and accommodating to guests with dietary restrictions. The meal was very good but the tapas were nothing more. The room was great, but there shouldn't have been more people! And avoid being too tall as the ceiling is low ;) Overall we had a great day and we recommend it!
