Since yesterday, I haven't stopped telling all my clients about this place. Yes, I'm a bit of a businessman, but it was a real treat! If I'd been at home, I would have licked the plate clean, it was so delicious. A huge thank you for treating us so well! Thank you!

13/08/2026: The fries are really bad, it's a disgrace. Supposedly homemade! We told them repeatedly, but they taste like they're cooked in motor oil. Terrible cooking.

The welcome is incredibly warm, and the service is second to none. We were absolutely delighted and will now be returning for our third visit. A definite recommendation – anyone in Cuers simply MUST eat there.

31/08/2026: The warm decor of this house makes you want to come in...and stay. It's so inviting with its views of nature. The meal...perfect! Everything was delicious! I mentioned that I'm vegetarian, and all the dishes on the menu were adapted to be suitable for me. I appreciated being able to eat almost the same as the other guests.

06/01/2026: If you're heading up to Sant Antonino, whether for lunch or dinner, be sure to visit the Taverna Corse, located just above a beautiful square. Under a lovely pergola, savor delicious Corsican dishes (wild boar, veal, salads, etc.). From appetizers (zucchini fritters, etc.) to desserts (fiadone, etc.), everything is excellent 👌. And the young team running the place is incredibly welcoming. Reservations are highly recommended.

27/09/2026: Having come from the Charente region to spend a weekend at Beauval Zoo, we were looking for a restaurant for Saturday evening's meal nearby. TripAdvisor led us to Le Bousquet, and we certainly don't regret our choice. We received a warm welcome from the moment we called to make a reservation. The staff were friendly and efficient. And we had a wonderful meal. The menu was generous, with delicious homemade terrine and rillettes, and the meat cooked over charcoal was perfect. We would definitely recommend this place and will return if we have the opportunity to be in the area again.

25/09/2026: A huge disappointment As a regular at Le Bousquet during my stays in the region, I had always enjoyed this restaurant and readily recommended it. So I came for dinner with my family with great pleasure… what a disappointment! Arriving at 9:15 pm, the service quickly became problematic: a cold welcome, curt answers to our questions, and then a long wait for the wine. At 10:30 pm, my 5-year-old daughter's meal still hadn't arrived. When we asked about it, the waitress replied, "We're doing what we can, we have 200 covers." A particularly inappropriate response to a child who had been waiting for her dinner for over an hour. We had ordered three rib-eye steaks, cooked to three different degrees. One arrived completely raw and cold. Sent back to the kitchen, we then noticed that the second was also barely cooked, something we only realized when we returned it later. At 11:30 p.m., our daughter literally fell asleep at the table. We therefore asked to stop the meal and expressed our disappointment to the owner, particularly regarding the meat and the service. Unfortunately, her reaction disappointed us even more: rather than simply acknowledging the problems, we were met with a dismissive "to err is human," remarks about how her waitress had been "impeccable for the past four years," and comments that we felt were contemptuous, right up until the bill arrived. I can perfectly understand that a restaurant can have a difficult evening, especially with a large number of customers. What is much harder to accept is the lack of self-reflection and the way a legitimate complaint is handled. I remember Le Bousquet as a place I truly enjoyed before. But after this evening, I will unfortunately no longer recommend it. A real shame.

03/09/2026: A beautiful resort. Access to the resort's cross-country ski trails is completely free. This is why the classic cross-country ski trails are sometimes less well-maintained, but we can still enjoy them on this vast and magnificent area!

08/10/2026: The meal was more than complete; we opted for the starter/main course/dessert option, and let me tell you, we thoroughly enjoyed it (and were a little stuffed 😂). Special mention goes to the cassoulet and the chocolate fondant! There was a bit of a wait between courses, but the waiter was very friendly, so thank you!

06/10/2026: This restaurant, Le Dahut, is a great find. Traditional French cuisine with a touch of originality. Delicious and generous portions, efficient and charming service. Set menu at €29 (starter, main course, dessert). A friendly and affordable restaurant, perfect!

21/09/2026: A very beautiful restaurant, even the parking lot boasts lovely floral decorations and is very well-maintained. Inside, the welcome was warm and the service excellent. The staff is very friendly. The sauerkraut was delicious and very generous 👍👍. Prices are very reasonable. I recommend this restaurant if you'd like to add a little something to your itinerary after visiting Au Serre.
