The owner reminds me of my grandfather, a member of the old French nobility—very elegant. This gentleman is kind and welcoming, as is his competent and highly professional staff. The chef takes great care in creating wonderful and excellent dishes; the presentation on the plates is, if one can say so, graceful, inviting the diner to eat with gusto. The ingredients are of the highest quality. I highly recommend coming to share a meal with family or friends. Reservations are essential, as this restaurant is very popular.

18/02/2026: For my sweetheart's birthday, I treated us to a meal at La Table d'Antoine. So? The welcome was excellent. This was followed by a highly original house cocktail made right in front of us. Then came two "Experience" menus at €109 each... and a parade of dishes followed, each more surprising than the last, but all delicious. The combinations were daring, even unusual, but never in bad taste. It's an adventure worth treating yourself to, if only to discover a restaurant in Vichy that's truly worth the trip. The chef wouldn't disagree, acknowledging that, even if we all strive for perfection, it doesn't exist. In fact, if I had to offer any criticism, I'd suggest that if I were to return, the meal might be less "creamy." Too many dishes presented in the form of creams of all kinds. Halfway through the meal, we prayed there wouldn't be any more... but even though each individual cream was delicious, too much is simply too much. The menu would greatly benefit from being "less creamy." Aside from this easily improved detail, we were delighted with this wonderful discovery. 23/02/2026: After four particularly enjoyable visits to this restaurant, I've decided to leave a short review. The authentic decor, the food, the service—everything makes you want to come back. The flammekueches are delicious, varied, and cooked in the restaurant's fireplace. The sauerkraut is also very good, served in generous portions, with the option to take home any leftovers in a container. The food is homemade, and the service is friendly and pleasantly relaxed. The owners are so kind that they brighten up your meal. We've celebrated two birthdays at this restaurant, and both times we were extremely pleased with the service and the food. The restaurant has a friendly clientele, and it's never noisy, having visited at different times of day, both on weekends and weekdays. I can't finish this review without praising the chef for the Banoffee pie—homemade and absolutely delicious! It goes without saying that I highly recommend the restaurant, both for the atmosphere, and for the dishes and desserts.

A spectacular mirrored architecture awaits those who dare to step inside. The service is meticulous, featuring a cuisine based on seasonal ingredients—as the name suggests—but with carefully crafted flavors and subtle, surprising combinations. The result is an original menu and discoveries that define this restaurant's signature. The chef's presence is appreciated and adds a sense of connection to the place, as does that of the sommelier, who boasts a wonderfully original wine selection. We'll definitely be back!

16/02/2026: A first for me, and I loved it! A real treat. My only slight complaint is that I found the €3 vegetable supplement rather expensive, especially since I hadn't ordered the salad that was initially offered. But that's just a minor point, as the value for money is more than positive. An experience to repeat! 😁 Adding to my previous comment... An experience I repeat regularly, by the way. I also want to give a big thumbs up to the staff and the owner!
