The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere warm, and the dishes authentic and delicious, all at an excellent price. We were served quickly despite it being busy. Even though we live near Evian, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

We travel frequently and always enjoy staying at Mandarin Oriental hotels around the world, and Mandarin Oriental Paris truly stood out with their central location and service. The front desk team created a memorable stay - instinctive and genuinely personal. Every interaction was thoughtful, warm, and effortlessly attentive during our stay during Christmas. My daughter was very happy and felt very special. A special thank you to Claire and her exceptional team for making us feel so well cared for throughout our stay. Their ability to anticipate our needs and create such a welcoming experience is exactly what defines true luxury hospitality. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

18/06/2026: Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Paris was exceptional from beginning to end. -From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. Being greeted with a glass of champagne set the tone for what would become a truly luxurious experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained, but it was the staff who made our stay so memorable. -Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. One moment, in particular, stood out. During a conversation, a staff member learned that I was missing my dog back home. To my surprise, she later purchased a croissant-shaped squeaky toy for him as a gift to take home. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that perfectly reflects the level of care and attention that defines this hotel. -The location could not have been better. Situated in the heart of Paris, we were able to walk easily to some of the city’s most iconic destinations. Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and many of the world’s most renowned fashion houses were just steps away, making shopping and sightseeing incredibly convenient. -The Mandarin Oriental Paris delivers everything you would expect from a world-class luxury hotel: beautiful accommodations, impeccable service, thoughtful touches, and an outstanding location. We left feeling pampered, appreciated, and eager to return. -Highly recommended for anyone seeking an elegant and memorable Paris experience.

We keep coming back for more, which is why it's our go-to spot in the neighborhood. A real gem! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a colorful, warm, and cheerful atmosphere. The brunch is fantastic: generous, varied, and made with fresh ingredients. Special mention for the homemade orange juice! The service is attentive without being intrusive, and the team is smiling from beginning to end. You can tell the place is run with passion. I highly recommend it for brunch with friends or a relaxing weekend. We'll definitely be back! I feel right at home here. I often come with family and friends. The food is excellent, the service is top-notch (a special shout-out to Reda!), and the atmosphere is great too. You won't be disappointed! I stumbled upon this brasserie and had an Albert burger and a "crying tiger" burger—they were delicious! The homemade fries were amazing, the staff were very attentive, and the cocktails were great. It's not far from the Jules Joffrin metro station.
